“Kimberly was very patient with Rio, who was very intimidated by her beautiful, big Ridgebacks. Kimberly seemed very willing to let them get acquainted slowly, but Rio was shy and needs more experience with other dogs. Kimberly followed all my instructions for feeding and treats. She has a big yard and a large shaded patio for the dogs. They are able to also go into a big enclosed garage- like space to get out of the heat or cold.”

About: I've had a dog as part of my family for as long as I can remember. I would walk, feed, and clean up after them as I grew up. At the age of 16, I found my pup, Tessa, at the Animal Humane and got my first job just so I could have her (Yes, I paid for everything for her by myself). Since then I have had her by my side through finishing high school, finishing my undergrad, moving cities and states. When I was finishing my undergrad I decided to get another pup so my girl could have a sibling especially once I started working full time. I got my boy, Haka, at six weeks old and now he is 6yrs. Growing up I use to walk my neighbors pug multiple times a week. When in high school we had multiple dogs in the household that required extra care and attention due to their different personalities and temperaments. With my dog being bigger than the other dogs in my family I had to take measures to ensure all of them remained safe. This mainly involved having different play times and feeding them separately. For example: One of the dogs was very territorial over toys and would lash out at any other dog that came around, however, this pup was the smallest one so it was essential for me to mitigate the opportunity for a bad situation. This involved monitoring the situation at all times when the toy was out, keeping the dogs separated, or removing the toys altogether. I’m currently shifting to a new career field, so I am at home full time and plan to be throughout summer. I am a very active person with two of my own high energy pups that love to play at home or the dog park and loves walks/runs. I live in a townhome that has a relatively small yard and have a dog door that allows for anytime potty breaks. I have a tall back fence completely enclosing the yard. I live with a mile of two parks and the walking path on Tramway, and a few miles from trails or the dog park. The safety of mine and your pets is the main priority, so transparency is very important. All animals have different personalities, and stress of a new environment can change how they behave so it’s important that I know how they may react so I can put proper measures in place to keep everyone safe.

About: I've been a pet caretaker for most of my 45 years, but I only put 25 in the years experience because those adult years of my life have been most dedicated to pet care. I am a serial adopter of rescue animals, so I'm well versed in pet conditions that need special care. I don't crate our animals and I love them all unconditionally. If you have a pet that needs special attention or even a modicum of training, I'd be happy to help you take care of them. I'm a military veteran and author working from home. I spend my entire day spoiling my pets (I have both cats and dogs, and they get along well enough). I walk the dogs daily, sometimes more than once. The dogs get brushed regularly and the cats get brushed if they make an appearance or we can catch them. As mentioned earlier, I do not crate our pets. I prefer to let them roam, but I occasionally do block off certain areas of the house to prevent naughty behavior. The pets are always rewarded for good behavior with snacks.

“Jenny provides great care and is a pleasure to work with. We’ll be seeing her again this week with our dog Shiso. We’re very grateful for her service.”

“Kaila was great with our 4lb puppy! She took really good care of him and gave him the love and attention he desired. She went above and beyond with the puppy's potty training and food training. I can't thank her enough. Definitely recommend Kaila as a caregiver for your fur baby!”

“Ellie had a fun day playing with Pam and Hector. I enjoyed the pictures and video of her enjoying her time. I’m sure she’ll be back!”

“This is my first time using Rover and I am happy with the service. I met Emily W., she watch my 8 week puppy Wrigley. Emily was wonderful, she took care of Wrigley as if she was her own. I am grateful to Emily. Thank you!! I will most definitely book with Emily again.”

About: I love animals and have been providing professional care for pets and homes for over two decades. I have been offering various services such as taking dogs to the groomers, the vet, giving medication, taking dogs for walks, visiting them at their home... feeding, brushing, obedience training, and even bathing them on occasion, as well as taking care of house plants, the yard, mail, and anything else needed onsite while the owners are away. I have volunteered for several animal welfare organizations and have been involved in the rescue of both dogs and cats, as well as horses, bunnies, chickens, and other wild animals. I was also the Chairwoman of Californians Against Greyhound Racing which was successful in having the dog racing proposition soundly defeated. I will treat and care for your animals as if they were my own family. When your pet is with me, I am available 24/7 by phone and text. I am a semi-retired graphic art designer working at home full time, mostly on the computer, so I will be around all the time for you pet's needs. I have a three bedroom house, with a big fenced yard and mature landscaping, and with a nice outdoor deck, for your dog to enjoy. Inside, they will have access to all of the house. They will be with me at all times.

About: Me and my husband got our rescue dog in 2021. We were able to make him adapt our lifestyle and trust us and helped him with anxiety issues from separations and some random environmental triggers. Our dog is sweet and gentle, we were able to train him for 10+ tricks and be gentle to small and or young creatures. I also volunteer at Animal humane NM to help dogs getting comfortable with human interactions and building confidence I have a full time work at bank so not many week days are open at the moment. We work our dog twice a day and we have a big dog park and field that might fit for different dog needs. We have a back yard so dogs can play there as well Our house is on a quiet street with back yard fenced. Super nice area with big dog park and fields. I LOVE ALL DOGS, and all of them will get more than enough attention from me
