“Crystal was amazing. She sent beautiful photos of my babies while they were running, laughing and playing. I know that they would love to keep her. I told them that she is nice and cute, but she is still a human. It is hard for them to understand. So we let her go back home.we all hope that she comes back someday and spreads happiness like sunshine across our home again. She was like a guardian angel as she came to their rescue. She slayed loneliness and sadness with the sword of happiness, bla, bla, bla. Hope to have you visit again, Lady O.????????❤️”

“Finn's first day with Julianna seemed to go well! He was so wiped out when he got home, so it's obvious there was plenty to keep him active! He also got a walk, which he loves!”

About: Hi! I’m a high school teacher who teaches culinary arts. At home, I have a golden retriever, Saffron and a Labradoodle, Leo. I live on 2 1/2 acres, one of which is fenced in and perfect for furry friends to run and play! I am a teacher and gone from 7 am to 3:30 pm, but my parents live next door and watch my animals when I am away. Growing up, my brother had a service dog who was part Great Dane and part Black Lab. He became part of the family! I think that’s what started my love for animals. Since college, I’ve had at least one pet. While in Culinary school, I worked long hours. For Christmas, I got my cat, Basil. She was at the door with a “meow” at the end of long days in the kitchen. When I began my career as a culinary teacher, I bought my first house with a back yard and almost immediately added my girls, Sage and Sketch to the household! I work full time as a high school teacher. but live next door to my parents who watch over my pets. They love them as if they were their own! I have an acre, fenced in back yard. My dogs love the country, running and playing in the back yard! They are house dogs, but love the chance to run as much as possible.
“Maggie and Michael are the kindest, most attentive pet sitters. They always treat our dog like their own and are so patient with his little quirks. Thank you for always loving on Rudy!”

About: With over two decades of experience in canine care, I've cultivated a deep understanding of dog handling and care that empowers me to make a positive impact. Starting as a 10-year-old caring for neighbor's dogs with twice-daily walks, I've consistently demonstrated reliability and dedication. Growing up with Golden Retrievers and now sharing my life with a standard size Goldendoodle named Penny, has not only strengthened my love for animals but also taught my children the value of compassion. My family, including my husband, two children, and I, along with Penny, are committed to providing your dog with constant companionship, attentive care, and a nurturing environment. Having trained dogs in basic commands and upheld the highest standards of pet care, I'm confident in my ability to unlock the full potential of your dog and provide exceptional care. Hi my name is Katie. As a full-time homemaker, my schedule allows for seamless integration of pet care responsibilities. Given my consistent presence at home, managing a routine that includes our current pets - a goldendoodle and a turtle - along with caring for our two children, is quite manageable. Consequently, incorporating additional pets would not significantly impact our existing schedule. I have a spacious yard of nearly an acre, which is not fenced. However, I am happy to walk your dog on a leash if required. My own goldendoodle and two children will ensure your dog has a fun time, and we have a variety of toys available. Additionally, if your dog requires solitude, we can provide a quiet space. During summertime we will have doggy pool available for your pup to cool off in.

About: Hi! My name is Yuchen (Ollie), and I’m based in Murfreesboro, TN. I’m a caring and reliable pet lover with over 5 years of hands-on experience taking care of 2 dogs and 2 cats, whom I’ve raised since they were puppies and kittens. Being part of their daily lives has taught me a lot about responsibility, patience, and understanding each pet’s unique personality. I’ve personally trained my dogs with basic commands like sit, shake, lie down, and spin, and I’ve also helped them build good daily habits and routines. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. Pet care is something I take seriously, and I always try to create a calm and positive environment. I pay close attention to details, follow instructions carefully, and make sure each pet gets the care they’re used to at home. I’m currently flexible with my schedule and available for drop-in visits, and dog walking. I also enjoy sending updates so you can feel at ease while you’re away. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! Pet care fits very naturally into my weekly routine. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to reliably accept bookings throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends. I can adjust my day around pet care commitments and make sure each pet receives consistent attention, care, and companionship. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always prioritize their safety, comfort, and routine. I make sure to follow each owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medication needs, and any specific behavioral guidelines. In a client’s home, I aim to keep the pet’s environment as consistent as possible to reduce stress. I respect the home, keep everything clean, and ensure pets are supervised and well cared for during the entire visit. In my home, I provide a calm and safe environment where pets can feel comfortable and relaxed. I maintain a clean space, supervise pets closely, and make sure they have access to water, rest, and regular potty/walk breaks depending on their needs. I always pay attention to each pet’s behavior and emotional state, and I adjust my care based on their personality—whether they are playful, shy, or need extra reassurance. I also provide updates if requested so owners feel confident and connected while they are away.

FAQs for Doggy Day Care - Fosterville
Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of July 2026, there are 372 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Fosterville. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Fosterville commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 372 sitters in Fosterville, 89% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
