About: I am a former K9 handler of the United States Air Force. I like to keep my home loving, safe, sanitary, and fun! I have 6+ years of experience in caring and training dogs. I live in Somerville, TN and work at the Somerville Animal Hospital 10 minutes away. I check on my dogs every day I work for my lunch break M-F. I stay at home on the weekends unless I am running errands. My pets are 75% outside and 25% inside dogs at the moment. They will be inside during heat season and outside during winter because their breed. I make individual care plans depending on the breed and what the individual canine is used to.

About: I have taken care of dogs from a young age. I have sat for breeders and have taken care of special needs pets as well as senior pets. Have experience with horses as well as some other animals. About: Growing up in a heavily animal-oriented household, I fell in love with caring for animals of all kinds. With a mother who is a professional groomer and previously a vet tech, I was exposed to dogs and animals of all breeds, temperaments, ages, and more. I have been taking on animal sitting “gigs” for as long as I can remember, and love every animal I meet! I am versed in different medical care and always willing to learn anything to help. About: Ive worked at 3 different pet facilities from doggie daycare kennel assist to working at 2 vet hospitals. Im able to give genuine love and care while your away. Im currently a stay at home wife so i will be with them 24/7 while visiting with me and give them the care they deserve as if they were my own sweet babies. I have a partially fenced in backyard and a big front yard. They will have their own personal room where they will stay and i will make sure they are comfy.

About: Growing up, my family wasn't what you would consider "animal lovers", but we always had at least one pet dog around who we'd love unconditionally. I consider them my fur siblings and always helped with their care. In my early 20s I rescued a couple cats, which is funny considering I was terrified of them in my younger years. My co-parent and I would often rescue abandoned dogs and at one point had 4 or 5 dogs (plus 2 cats and a small child) running around our cramped home! These days, I just have one cat who lives with a friend, while I stay with my parents and their 2 dogs! All that to say, I love animals and would be more than happy to care for yours. I have been called upon over the last couple years to care for dogs, cats, parakeets, ducks and chickens. I wouldn't consider myself a trainer by any stretch, but have taught a few of my pet dogs to "sit", "shake", "lay down" and "wait". If you have active dogs, I am more than happy to run around and help exert some of that energy. If you have lazy dogs, I'm just as happy to lounge around and give endless belly rubs! About: I have never had an animal not love me at first sight. I have had 3 dogs and raised 4 cats so I am very familiar with animals I am currently in college so my schedule allows for me to stay the night with your pets or just come and check on them any time necessary. At least 2-3 times a day. More if needed I keep my animals safe, secure, and well fed. I will treat your pet like my own and give them lots of love and treats if so permitted.
About: I have dog sat for many family friends before, including big and small dogs, cats, and even a few birds and guinea pigs! sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
