“Ansley and our dog get along so well. Our dog is very stubborn and doesn’t like to walk without us. Ansley was able to talk a full walk with her on day 2! Now our dog is so excited to see her!”

“Danielle is amazing. My dog seems to love her! She is very understanding with my nervous dog. She gives me a full run down after each walk and responds quickly with any questions I have.”

“Madison saved the day and helped me out when our dogs daycare was closed for the day. Even though it was her first time meeting my pup, she still went above and beyond would definitely book again and recommend!!”

About: I am a huge dog person, my aunt is a veterinary technician, and since I was a child, I went to work with her every weekend to assist her with cleaning the kennels, sitting with the dogs the veterinary clinic owned. Observing the animals behavior. I’ve owned a dog since I was five years old. Dogs have ALWAYS been a passion of mine. Anytime I see one out and about, I always ask if I can pet it or Love on it. I currently have an American Staffordshire Terrier named Kira Bella, I’ve owned her for four years. She is an ex show dog. She’s my child. I treat her no differently than a human would treat their own child. So I know the importance of finding the right person to care for your dog or cat. I am very picky about who watches my girl so I understand, just know that your fur baby is in good hands with me and I will treat them like they are my own fur baby. I have several clients that have booked with me that loved the service I’ve provided for them. I do require a meet and greet beforehand to make sure we are compatible, if we vibe well together then I will book you in right away! I own my own business so I make my own hours, I’ll have plenty of time to care for your babies as my work is very flexible. I will treat your fur baby like they are my own, if they are allowed on the furniture, I will cuddle with them. If they need to be crated , I have no problem crating them. If they need medication I have no problem giving it to your baby. I was raised with an aunt that is a veterinary technician so I spent a lot of time at the vet clinic with her learning how to handle animals and give them medication.
About: I have professional animal care and veterinary clinic experience, which allows me to confidently care for pets of all ages and needs. I’m experienced with senior pets, medication administration, anxious animals, kittens, puppies, cats. I’m attentive, patient, and detail-oriented, and I always treat pets like family. I’m currently working full-time at a vet clinic, but I have plenty of room to work with. I am trying to lift up my pet sitting business around this area and soon hopefully I will have enough clients so that I can study while I am in vet school. If you message me about pricing and scheduling and letting me know what exactly you need, I will make sure to make it work. I treat the animals that come into my home like my pets, and I treat the animals. I take care and owners home like it is mine, so you can be reassured that everything will be taken care of and you can be at ease when you do boarding in your own home with me. I also include cleaning an errands.

About: I have grown up with many animals. I have had all different types of breeds from a collie, chihuahua, husky, to a Great Dane. I have 2 of my own fur babies who are so sweet & playful. I’m a caring, reliable pet lover who understands how important it is to trust someone with your fur baby. I treat every pet like they’re my own—making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to follow your pet’s routine to keep things consistent and stress-free. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just extra cuddles, I’m here to give your pet the care and attention they deserve while giving you peace of mind. I have let sit for many families before and have never had any issues!! I am a stay at home mom with my two littles so I am always home! I do have 2 dogs of my own so we go for walks, the dog park, or just play fetch out back. I am always here to keep an eye on the pups and make sure they’re well taken care of. My apartment has a dog park where your fur baby can play! I also have 2 dogs of my own to help keep your baby entertained. I care for pets in my home the same way I care for my own—with patience, love, and attention to detail. I keep a clean, pet-safe space and make sure each pet gets personalized care, whether that’s sticking to their routine, extra playtime, or just a cozy place to rest.
About: Experience includes growing up with a mini farm to raising sugar gliders in college and now having my two yorkiepoo fur babies for the last 6 years. My toddler son and I have been doing drop in visits for our neighbors dogs for a couple years now and really enjoy the cuddles and play time! I’m a SAHM so my schedule is pretty open 7 days a week for drop by visits to include walks, potty breaks and play time. Having an open schedule makes it easy to pop over to your home to let your furry loved ones out to stretch their legs, be fed, play some ball, get tummy rubs or for walks. My two small sons are always with me but one spends most of his day snoozing while my 2 year old toddler would love nothing more than to throw the ball 100 or more times for your furry friend.
“Tatum did such a fantastic job with Wrigley! She was on time, professional, very communicative and captured so many great pictures. Would hands down recommend for any drop in or walking needs!”

“Rebekah was very responsive and accommodating for a last minute schedule. She came promptly on time, walked chance and took photos of their adventures. She is amazing and highly recommend. Thank you so much!”

I have experience in animal training and cater to the individual needs of animals wether it be physical or emotional. I'm very attentive and careful especially when it comes to your beloved furbabies. I am also knowledgeable in animal first aid and know all the nearest hospitals if an emergency were to arise. I am most familiar with the fort benning area. Your pets trust me and you should to!
About: I’ve been asked to pet sit for a variety of pets over the years. Anywhere from cats and dogs to bearded dragons and horses! I’m a quick learner and can adapt just as fast to match whatever needs are required. I also own two mixed dogs and an orange tabby cat myself. I am a newly wed who recently moved into town and am still getting settled. Until I get connected with my work, I have a TON of free time! I’d love to get to be surrounded by fur babies as much as possible! I love to let the critters set the pace when getting to know me. I believe there needs to be an established bond of trust before anything else. And I LOVE to love on them once they let me! I can never get enough pets and snuggles! I want them to feel as though I’m a friend and family member rather than a stranger. And the same goes for their human parents too! I love to connect with my clientele and keep them updated as much as possible to ensure they feel confident that their babies are taken care of :)

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
