We asked Meghan to meet the dogs and cat before her first walk, and we found her to be calm, polite, and very pleasant around the dogs. They warmed up to her immediately. While we were gone, she walked the dogs twice a day, including the one who was socially anxious. Our house looked great when we got home and the animals were in very good spirits. About: I have over 10 years of experience in animal husbandry and veterinary care. I cared for a multitude of animals, including cats, dogs, and other exotic pets. Whether it is daily exercise, extra snuggles, or an extra zen environment, I have the experience for your furbabies. I can administer daily medications, follow complex diets, and look critically at the animals in my care to determine if veterinary assistance is needed. Pictures of your pet can be provided upon request (I usually send one even if it isn't requested but if you want more, I will provide. :) Petcare is my life 24/7. Walks, playtime, and pleasant company are the three biggest parts of daily routine. For cats, making sure they have adequate creature comforts and, if the cat enjoys the attention, plenty of interaction with yours truly. I try to maintain your pets stability by sticking to your routine and habits to ensure your pet is as comfortable as possible. We will follow your schedule so they know what to expect throughout our interaction.

About: I’ve taken care of many animals, including reptiles and rodents. There’s no animal that I don’t know how to not take care of all animals are welcome. I work early in the mornings I work 4 AM to 12 afternoon. I’m able to be there for the afternoon afternoons and nights for your animal and up the road if anything happens. I have saved environment for the animal. I do not have fence,but I do have a backyard that I can walk the dog around or cat around. I do have one cat in my roommate has two but they’re all very friendly.

About: As a child I was always drawn to animals and their pure spirits. I have extensive experience with pocket pets (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets, mice) and foster rabbits with a local rabbit rescue in my home. I have 10+ years of experience with small dogs and mid-sized dogs with a specialization in the needs of brachycephalic breeds like shih tzu's, bulldogs, Frenchies and more. I am versed in first aid for small animals and dogs. Can't forget the kitties! I have yet to meet a kitty I didn't love. I strongly feel like they need love too and look forward to caring for them in your home where the majority of them are the most comfortable. I am a stay at home/work from home mom who is looking forward to instilling a love of animals for my son as he gets older. My days typically look calm and chill as I spend a lot of them in my workshop or outside enjoying the nice weather with my animals. Pet care fits perfectly into my schedule as I tend to my rabbits, rabbit fosters, guinea pig and two dogs of my own, Selune and Rosie. I look forward to going to where your pet feels most comfortable and establishing a calm and comforting presence for them. As someone who understands how important it is to keep pets from becoming stressed during owner vacations, I pride myself on the ability to go to meet your animals on their own turf and level in order to create the least amount of stress possible. I am happy to take walks off your plate if you are busy at work and ensure your pet is getting the level of attention and love you would provide yourself if you could during a busy work day. I am trustworthy and neat in terms of house sitting, stick to designated areas you allow me to inhabit during the stay, and ensure your pet and your home is safe and secure while you're away.

About: *Not booking past September 13th, apologies!* With over 5 years of experience, I have cared for many breeds, from 120lb Cane Corsos to 6lb chihuahuas. This also includes all kinds of temperaments, and I am especially prepared to care for reactive and/or aggressive dogs (including multi-dog households) and dogs with separation anxiety. I am experienced with puppies under the age of 1 year, and seniors up to the age of 16. I have cared for blind and deaf dogs. I am K-9 First Aide certified and am able to administer oral and subcutaneous medication. I am Fear Free certified. I also have experience with cats, small animals/rodents, chicken flocks, and reptiles. I will be home with your dogs far more often than not, but I may step out for a few hours to run errands and care for my own pets at home. I will treat your home and pets with the utmost care and respect, as I know there is a great amount of trust involved. As well as keeping the house safe and locked, I can crate dogs as needed and create a calm environment. I am also K-9 First Aide and Fear Free certified.

About: I have grown up with several dogs and cats that I have taken care of. My dad is also a dog trainer, so I often go out on walks and play with the dogs he cares for. I am very active, so your pets will never be bored! My schedule varies biweekly, so I am home every other week. The weeks I am off i have lots of free time, so I can be very flexible. The weeks I do have to work, I work nights, so I can be free during the afternoons for walks or drop-ins. I live without children, so your pets will be my priority. I have a fenced in yard for your pets to play in! I do own two cats and share my mom’s small dog part time, so i prefer pets that are friendly with other animals! If your pet needs to be crated I can accommodate that, but I also allow pets on furniture and on the bed if that is what they are used to at home. I am very flexible and am willing to accommodate most things to make your pets feel comfortable.

About: I've taken care of dogs my whole life, had a Golden Retriever litter and have my own Golden. I love dogs and also love cats alike. I had 2 cats up until recently, but plan to get one soon. I have pretty open availability. I work from home with a loose schedule. I am always available after 2pm and free all day Fri - Sun. I have a Golden Retriever myself. Having a large dog, they need lots of attention and exercise. I am very on top of feeding and walking. I have a little bit of OCD so I love to follow a schedule.

About: Animals are too good for humankind, so they should be treated like absolute royalty. I grew up with cats and had a small but successful dog-walking and pet-sitting business in my neighborhood growing up. I am more than happy to treat your pet as if they were my own <3 I currently work full time in Lake George and I'm looking for some additional income, and what better way to do that than to care for your pets! To make sure your pet feels as comfortable as possible while you are away, I would love to learn their typical routine at home and their interests!

About: As a kid I was taught responsibility by caring for our horses, cats, dogs, birds, fish and guinea pigs. I’ve had pets all my life! My mom’s cat almost died of a bacterial infection in her mouth and I’ve helped administer antibiotics to her until she got better. I had a cat who had kidney disease and needed to have IV fluids every week. My other cat had to be mouth fed with a syringe as well as monitored via thermometer up his butt. I have house and pet sit for friends and family that have multiple pets, most recently for a friend that had 6 dogs of all sizes! I am an active individual so walking will be a treat for them and me! :) I have given dogs and cats baths and also cared for dogs in heat. I have a very open and wide range of availability and I am available most days, including weekends and holidays as I rarely ever go out of town. It would be great to develop some long term relationships with new pets and their owners! Repeats are always great but not expected. I will do what I can to work with your schedule and the needs of you and your fur child. I will do my best to maintain consistency and high-level care when it comes to your pet. Each pet is different and I try to get to know each one individually in order to gain their trust and yours and provide the best care possible. Often times, I will send pictures to the pet owner, especially if it is a new client or a pet owner is out of town for an extended amount of time. I am easily reachable and try to communicate clearly about wants, needs, and scheduling. I prefer to do a meet and greet prior to providing a service, but it is not mandatory, especially for last minute bookings! We have a small yard in front and neighbors that will walk their dogs but they are all on leashes and well behaved. We live in a newer and safe community and I often take my dog for a walk around the neighborhood. There is a small park down the street which is nice too. We also have a fenced in backyard which can be seen from the inside of the house or the porch. We live in a one story house, but there are steps from the porch to the yard outback. My husband lives with me and has also grown up with cats and dogs. We currently have one male cat Santiago who gets along great with our male Chihuahua Juan Pablo and also got along great with my former senior Maine coon cat. He is a bit weary of strangers at first, but he will just hide until he gets to know you a bit and then you won’t be able to get him off of your lap. We have a gate in between the kitchen and the rest of the house so that the Chihuahua can have free rain to walk around and not have to be in his cage when we are not home. In the event that we have another animal in the house we can keep the Chihuahua in his cage. We also have two bedrooms and two baths that can be used to separate animals.The Chihuahua is very friendly and gets along great with the cat. He is also a bit skittish at first with strangers but once he gets to know you all he wants to do is give you kisses. He is very non-aggressive and barely ever barks. He is also very friendly. I feed my cat both wet and dry food twice a day in his food dish and he has water out constantly. I feed the dog twice a day, sometimes dry food, and sometimes refrigerated dog food. I let the dog out several times a day and we go for a daily walk as well. I clean the kitty litter box once a day. I snuggle and cuddle with both of them as much as possible, and play fetch with the dog at various points throughout the day.

With an associates degree in veterinary science, I’m well rounded to meet the needs of your fur babies! Working with animals Is what I love to do. Do you have special medical needs for your pet? No problem! I am very experienced with all forms of medications. Working for two veterinary hospitals, medicating animals is a daily need to know skill! Have a high energy pup that loves the outdoors? Rest assure they will be tired after some fun play time outside! I am very active and would love to bring your pup for a walk around the block/trails/dog park or play ball in the backyard! Need someone to stop by while you’re gone? I’m a great comfort friend and would love to help pass the time with your pet while you’re out for the day! I'm also very accommodating to those pets that may have more specific requests (anxious, does not like other dogs, food aggression, behavioral concerns, etc) I want to make sure each pet has fun but is also safe! I’d be happy to stop by before and after work (7am-5pm). I am fully available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday's. Of course I can accommodate and work around schedules as well. Small fenced in back yard along with daily walks over 30 minutes. Just a short drive away from multiple trails / parks in the area!

About: Common courtesy and communication is paramount. **Willing to travel up to an hour away. Just because Rover says you are outside my service area it does not always mean you are. I have clients an hour North and South of me. **Necessary update as of 6/21/23** I will require current credit card info be on file at your vet or provided for me in your pet write up ONLY in case of emergency. In the event of an emergency and I could not get a hold of the human, puppies have no pockets to hold a card, the vet required me to pay. I have raised 3 separate RESCUE Rottweilers to be exceptional ambassadors of their breed. I currently do not have any pets since my big boy passed away in 2016. I hope to again one day have my own dogs. Until then I will love YOUR pet. **I DO NOT board animals at my home. Only repeat clients would MAYBE be possible for a very short amount of time.** Clients pets have included many breeds, species for days, weeks. Many Golden Retrievers, Doodles, mixes aka Heinz57s, Old English Sheep dog, lots of kitties, a chameleon, turtles, a bearded dragon, a small bird, fish, Rottweilers, a very challenging but lovable English Bulldog and Huskies one of which was very reactive. Oh and a LOT of house plants! PLEASE NOTE: I am deathly allergic to horses which I am very sad about. Any type of animal requiring LARGE amounts of hay would also be a problem i.e, goats, cows, alpacas I am sorry to say. Small rodent animals requiring hay for food or bedding has not been a big deal. My personnel dogs were very public dogs, parks, events etc. With the ever present fact in mind that as good as my animal was it is still an animal. Never purposely putting them in a situation to be loose (unless at home or a fenced park) or get into anything that could harm them. Read quite a few books/manuals by military working dog trainers in hopes of training a service oriented Rottie. Came very close to passing the Good Citizen certification but my dogs never liked the “stay” part when I had to walk away with my back turned. They just had to be next to me. So close. PLEASE NOTE: I have my preferences set to NOT to show any photos of YOUR pet publicly. I would ask permission first to share. Photos only NEVER infomation of course. My schedule allows me to be available to be in YOUR HOME, with your pets all day/night, unless noted ahead of time and of course trips to the store. I have many types of animals that insist on sleeping in bed just like they do when their people are home which in fine by me. Just take some Benadryl and snuggle on in. I try to stick closely to how the home runs normally so the pets do not have any surprises that can make them anxious. Sleep, food, walks, play time etc. I supervise dogs in their own yard fenced or not. I am very organized and like an outlined idea of their schedule to be written down for me to follow as closely as YOU would.

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life. I adopted my own dog back in 2021 and also have a German Shepard. I frequently do drop ins for family friends. I am an animal LOVER. I work full time from 7-3:30 so I am available for late afternoon/evening appointments, and weekend appointments. Also would love to bring my own dog with me if allowed. I will gladly keep your dog on or off leash, whichever you prefer and will follow any and all feeding, training, potty requests that you write down for me!
