Our dog is an anxious rescue, but she is a dog whisperer and immediately put our boy at ease and he was even wanting to sleep with her night one and showing his belly which he doesn’t do unless he’s 100% comfortable. I apologized for running low on his supplies and for him being a little stinky since his bath was delayed and she didn’t even hesitate to offer to go grab what he needed and even offered to bathe him. On top of taking great care of him, she took care of us anxious dog parents and communicated every step of the way and gave lots of updates and pictures. I couldn’t recommend her enough. About: I have had four dogs over the years along with over 100 fosters over Covid. Even after Covid, we still take in puppies every once in a while, although recently, we just got a new puppy. I am extremely flexible with my schedule currently , and will be for majority of the summer. I don’t mind housesitting and I don’t mind learning new things to take care of different pets. I also have experience with reptiles as I used to have a bearded dragon. Although, sadly, we had to rehome because of his health issues 🥲. I have no permanent job, although I will be taking time over the summer to spend with my family. All I ask is that you give me a heads up on when and where you need me. Two of my current dogs are very low maintenance, as Rusty has gotten older he has gotten arthritis so we go on as many walks as he can tolerate. Austin is the definition of a couch potato. While Isla hates the leash, but we are training her to comfortable with it. I truly believe that your pet is my pet and I will always take the best care of any and all pets I encounter. I truly love animals and look forward to meeting your best friends.

About: I have worked with furry friends as a licensed veterinary technician for almost 12 years now and have had my own pets for 18. I feel confident caring for dogs at any age and varying medical needs! I now work as a full-time collegiate minister but since my previous career was in veterinary medicine, I still look for ways to work with pets! My schedule varies from week to week allowing for much flexibility for pet sitting! I like to care for pets as closely to how the owner would care for their pet! This means is the owner would rather me stay overnight at their home, I am happy to do that. I often work remotely so can spend extended hours in the client’s home keeping their pets company, especially if their pets have separation anxiety.
