Unfortunately I had gotten them confused with another provider and ended up bringing them to the second provider. After discussing this with them, they were very understanding and refunded their fee. It was very kind of them to initially accept my dogs and also to work with me after my embarrassing mistake. I would definitely recommend them for other pet owners in their area though!”

I have 2 medium well trained dogs that I share custody of, so I can accomodate more needy puppers or kitties if needed (they can go to their dads for sittings) I also have 3 cats. My first job as a kid in high-school was helping the local groomer wash dogs. I have pet sat, house sat, walked dogs, fed, bathed, clipped nails, admin'ed meds, etc. for over 20 years at this point. Because I have a background in vet med, I feel comfortable with pets who have some mild to moderate special needs. I work full time remotely, so I am available to sit in my home or at yours with short notice. I also have a very flexible schedule which allows for frequent potty/ walk about breaks. I have a spare room for pets overnight in my home. During the day they're allowed to freely roam the house and we will take occasional strolls to park, or on the trail, based on behavior and comfort level of all parties.

About: Beginning at the age of 8, I've owned and cared for many dogs and have over 50 years experience. I always wanted to be a vet, but because of the education commitment, expense, and my fear of loving them too much to put them down, I left my dream in the past. I have always groomed my own pets. I am self taught on hair clipping, nail trimming and even anal gland expression. I have a little experience with beginner obedience and Canine Good Citizen training. From 2005 until April 2022, I was retired. In April 2023, I reentered the work force on a part-time basis as a veterinarian assistant. I am also furthering my education and am enrolled in an Veterinarian Technician program. I am looking to supplement my income to help pay for my degree by doing something that brings me happiness.... and that is giving love and attention to all animals. When i am not working, i am available from 9 am until 9 pm. If there is a conflict with my schedule, upon owner approval, my husband takes my place. He also attends Meet and Greets with me so that owners have the opportunity to meet and interview both of us. My dogs are kept on 25 ft leads while doing their business in my yard. This is for safety reasons because the main road runs in front of my house. When I'm outside, my dogs have unleashed freedom on my deck or are near me on a lead. When inside my home, dogs are free to roam and sleep in either my bedroom or my son's bedroom. Crates are not used unless specifically requested by the owner. Any boarders are cared for in the same manner as if they were my own. When hired to do a drop in or dog walking service, I abide by all rules set out by the owner. Walked dogs are never let off lead until in a safe and secure environment, for example, their home, a gated fence, secure deck, etc.

About: They will get all the love and care that they need. Plenty of cuddles and play time. Walks through out the day. Ive watched plenty of big and small dogs since I was in high school, and I always got good comments afterwards with how happy healthy and calm their dogs came back to them. The rules you set for your dog are always follwed. I even sometimes throw in giving them a bath if they've been away for so many days. I'll spend quality time with each dog that I get. Im very patient and understanding of each dog once I get to know them. Also I will let your dogs outside to play in the warmer weather days very frequently always supervised just so they can enjoy the fresh air! We will sure to become best buddies! I currently work 8-2 usually leave the house by 7 in the morning. I crate my puppy right before I leave the house. I get home anywhere between 3 and 5 depending on traffic and if I have to do something after work. I let my puppy out right when I get home along with feeding and water and playtime after. I spend the entire day that I have off at the house with him so he's not always in a crate and gets a lot of love and attention I have a fenced in yard and a 5 almost 6 month old puppy that can keep your dog entertained all day and night. When not at work he's out of his crate getting lots of love and play time

About: I volunteer 7 days a week for Bridge to Home Animal Rescue located in Washington, Pennsylvania. I love every moment. I have fostered 80+ animals, and have had personal pets all my life. Currently I have two golden retrievers and 2 rescue cats of my own. My children are learning to have empathy, and have responsibility as I did when I was a child. From the time I was able to work I held volunteer and paid positions in animal shelters, rescues, and helping my friends and family with sitting and training. My husband helps out often as he’s a large part of my rescue life and thankful for that. Nursing school has helped me to be involved in the vetting process for the animals, birthing puppies, and care from seniors to puppies. Cats to kittens. I can give topical, oral, and injectable medications. I’ve worked with dogs, cats, and other animals of all ages. It is my true passion in life.
