Hello, I’m Kandis, a lifelong Steubenville local with a deep love for animals. Growing up with dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, birds, reptiles, fish, and even farm animals, I’ve gained hands-on experience with pets of all shapes, sizes, and life stages, from playful puppies and the ‘terrible twos’ to senior companions who need gentle care. I love how pets enrich our lives. Whether it’s daily dog walks, drop-in visits, house sitting, or medication reminders, I treat every pet like my own, with the patience and affection they deserve.

I deeply respect your home and privacy and will follow all instructions for your pets and property without issue. Whether caring for your pets in your home or welcoming them into mine, their safety and comfort come first. My home features a fenced backyard, separate levels for quiet time if needed, and kennels for flexible arrangements. I have two friendly dogs of my own (a Bernedoodle and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) who love making new friends and providing companionship during stays. I prepare healthy homemade treats like dehydrated fruit and jerky, and I’m experienced managing picky eaters and sensitive stomachs.

Kandis did a wonderful job with my fur baby. She stayed in my home and my dog loved her. She walked him and took lots of pictures for me. I will definitely have her come back and sit with Emri when I’m looking for a dog sitter.
We booked at the last minute and Kandis could not have been more accommodating. She was so sweet to our.girl Tia. If we are in Steubenville again, we will definitely book with Kandis and let Tia come play.
Kandis treated my 7 year old pitbull really good he’s a strong puller tends to be hard to walk him but she did good with would definitely bring him to her
Kandis has been dog sitting my deaf dog for us for 8 years! She's very compassionate, kind, works with your schedule, and doesnt mind doing all the "little things" if it makes your pet more comfortable. I can't recommend her enough! 😊

Programa
I’m currently building my dedicated pet sitting and dog walking business in the Steubenville area. My schedule is highly flexible and open most days and times—aside from Saturday and Sunday morning Mass. I’m happy to work around your needs for walks, drop-ins, house sitting, or whatever your pets require. Just let me know your schedule!
