About: My passion for caring for animals started at a young age. I spent many hours volunteering at my local animal shelter as well as having the privilege of caring for my own pets at home. Growing up, I raised reptiles, fish, dogs, cats and hamsters….to name a few! In addition to being a down-to-earth, compassionate human, my friends would say I am trustworthy, responsible and reliable. I would love the opportunity to get to know you and your furbabies (we can probably just call them children at this point, right) :) I am a very active person and enjoy walking, hiking and spending as much time outdoors as possible. About: We had a dog for 17 years that passed away earlier this year at the age of 19 (able to care for a senior dog). He was adopted from Southern Indiana Animal Rescue. My son was in 3rd grade when we adopted him so we taught him how to take care of a pet. *Large fenced in backyard *Someone is always home *Dog walking included *One or more dogs from same family only at one time *Your pet(s) is priority Available weekdays and weekends. There is always someone at home that can let the dogs out. Walks after I get home from work in neighborhood or park. No other pets in the house currently. About: Taking care of dogs is my passion in life. I currently own 2 dogs, an elderly hound and a young shepherd. My love for these two made me decide to have a career in working with and training working line dogs. This career path has given me a lot of experience with dogs of all types. Whether you dog is "hard to handle" or "easy going", I will be the perfect sitter for you. My entire world revolves around dogs. On days that I'm not working with my work dog or caring for someone else's pet, I am out training my own dogs. This is my passion and dream career, and nothing makes me happier. I like to care for pets at their own home. Being in their own home and following the same routines will make them feel safe while you are gone and will build a sense of trust with me. About: I've been surrounded by dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, turtles, frogs and fish for 35+ years. I've raised, house-trained, walked, entertained and loved a variety of dogs and cats my entire life. I never get tired of these sweet creatures! I have experience with all dogs and cats, regardless of age, breed or temperament. As I'm now only working part-time providing early intervention services for children, and am self-employed, I have a great deal of flexibility to care for your dogs and cats. I'm available for drop-ins to feed, play with and care for your sweet pets as needed - throughout the day and night - as well as dog-walking, as it fits into your schedule. I've spent the last 20+ years working as a teacher and developmental therapist, educating children who have developmental delays and disabilities. About: Hello! I'm Renee and I have been an "animal person" since I was a child. Starting with the family pets that were usually strays that came to stay, until today, where I have a total of 5 rescue dogs with diverse sizes and personalities. More about them later! I worked at Pampered Pet Clinic in Hillsboro Oregon several years ago and assisted the vet with procedures, surgeries, vaccinations and medications. Does your pet need timed medications? I would be happy to help you with it. I have been involved with rescuing, transporting and fostering dogs through several rescues, including "Key to Happiness" rescue which rescued and healed many homeless and injured dogs and found them new forever homes. My approach to pet sitting is to make the animal as comfortable and happy as possible, depending on what that particular pet needs the most. Some need petting and cuddles and some need playing and activity or both. It is stressful when their family is away and I make sure to become their friend. I am not there to correct behaviors but to give them the love and security that they're missing with out their family. I also have had folks come in and look after my beloved pets when going out of town and I know that it feels a little odd with someone coming into your home. For that reason I treat your home with the utmost respect. I don't go into any rooms with doors closed and do not help myself to anything that you have not specified. I check and double check all door locks and gates and am familiar with alarm codes. Your keys stay on my keychain at all times until they returned to you. I'm a mature and stable homeowner in the area with stellar local references. I will be happy to meet and greet you in your home to make sure we are a good compatible fit and can't wait to meet your fur babies! I mostly work from my home doing my online selling and crafts so have full time availability for pet and house sitting in your home. Visits, walking and even overnights are available. If I am staying in your home while you are away I will periodically leave to manage my home and pets but never more than 4 hours. Because of the number of dogs in my home with varied temperaments and sizes I prefer to pet sit in your home, rather than mine. It keeps my pups more balanced and all pets are happier in their own environment.

About: I have had cats and dogs all my life. Currently I have thirteen fur/feather babies. Two cats, one Australian shepherd and ten chickens. My pup just turned a year old so I have more knowledge with younger pups. Can't wait to meet your fur babies! I am a stay at home mom and have flexible availability. I can be there for your fur babies practically whenever you need me! I have better weekday availability, while weekends require planning ahead. Whether you need me to walk your dog, come over to ease their anxiety or simply let them out to potty, I can meet all their needs. About: I adopted a rambunctious shelter cat 5 years ago. She’s a wild child with a big personality! And I took in a stray cat about 2 years ago, who needed lots of care, including surgeries, food insecurity behaviors, etc. I’ve cared for cats my entire life, but these 2 girls have taught me how to handle the extremes. I am very knowledgeable about cats and their needs, and I can promise you, your baby will be taken care of as if they were my own (aka like perfect princess angels that I’d go to war for) I work from home, so I can immediately take care of any and all needs. I frequently check on my 2 cats, and have no issue stepping away from my desk if needed. In my home: My 2 cats have their own bedroom, catered to their playtime and nap time. They have free rein of the house, and are very welcoming to other cats. They are up to date on vaccinations and vet care, and they do not go outside for their safety. In your home: I will treat your pet(s) as if they were my own, with kindness and patience. I will follow your routine. I will be sure to change my clothes and take off my shoes to avoid any anxiety from smells of my own pets.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was a child and have years of hands-on experience caring for them through different stages of life. I’ve helped care for Golden Retrievers from birth, giving me experience with puppies as well as adult and senior dogs. I currently have a rescue dog, Lucy, whom I’ve worked with extensively to build trust, confidence, and good manners. We run together daily, and through consistent training she has learned commands including sit, stay, shake, and other everyday manners. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and comfort level. I’m patient, attentive, active, and committed to making sure the dogs in my care feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m very active and love spending time outdoors. I typically start my day with a morning walk or run with my dog, and throughout the day I make plenty of time for walks, potty breaks, playtime, and attention. I’m also happy to slow things down for dogs who prefer a more relaxed day with cuddles and companionship. I understand how important consistency is for pets, so I’ll follow your dog’s normal feeding, walking, medication, and bedtime routine as closely as possible. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or would rather curl up and relax, I’m happy to adjust my day around their individual needs. I care for every pet as if they were my own while respecting the routine and instructions their owner provides. In a client’s home, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, receive regular potty breaks or walks, and get plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship. I’m also mindful of keeping their environment clean and secure. I understand that every pet has a different personality and comfort level, especially when meeting someone new. I take the time to let them become comfortable with me at their own pace and will follow any specific instructions regarding feeding, exercise, medications, training, or household routines. I’m also happy to provide regular photos and updates so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is safe and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I've taken care of dogs my whole life! From little shi tzus to giant retrievers, excitable put bulls, and even large packs of dogs! Think yours are a handful? Try raising 12 Golden's at once! I've always been naturally good with dogs and I'm more than willing to work with the more stuborn ones so don't worry if your fur baby is a little standoffish. I am currently working another job so I'd prefer overnight bookings to be at least 2 weeks in advance but if my schedule happens to be free I'm happy to take short notice bookings as well. I will be unavailable from 3pm-11pm every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in October, I am still accepting bookings in the mornings though! I will keep your dogs happy and healthy by careful following all instructions and wearing them out so you come home to a peaceful pup!

About: I have experience working with dogs and myself have owned dogs all my life. I frequently pet sit for friends and family, staying a week at a time in a few cases. I’m more than willing to stay overnight with your pets to keep them company when you’re gone! I’m willing to prepare meals for your pets if they are on a diet so long as you provide me with clear instructions and ingredients. I will care for “aggressive” dogs and provide senior pet care, including oral medication and bedtime routines. I am currently available 24/7. Morning afternoon evening and night! I will of course prioritize my own dogs, but currently I am able to go where I am needed! I will spend time socializing with your pets to ensure they don’t feel neglected while you’re gone, I adore all kinds of dogs and cats. About: I’ve always had a dog growing up, our family dog recently just died of old age.. and think it’s probably to soon to get another dog so we’re going to take baby steps. I’m currently working part time, I have a 4 year old son who loves animals so feel it would be great to take on pet sitting part time..
