About: I got my first dog when I was three and have always had 5+ animals in the house. I am good with any breed of dog. I have some puppy training experience and I can also work with disability animals. I just need to know if they have medication and the time to take them or other accommodations that they might need. I’m not sure if people have reptiles that need sitting but I’m good with those too. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to play with puppies or any other animals. I have always had a soft spot for animals so I love spending time with them. I have a dog who gets taken potty every couple of hours and is fed every morning and every night. I also have a cat and two leopard geckos. My cat and dog are usually upstairs so I can keep the other animals downstairs if they’re not pet friendly. My geckos stay in my room.

About: Hello! I'm Karissa, and I've been an animal lover ever since I was a little girl. Growing up, my parents ran a pet shop, so I had the pleasure of being surrounded by all sorts of critters. I used to have a dog of my own, we were best friends, but unfortunately he passed away a few years ago. About: I have had 3 different types of dogs die from happiness and old age, so you know I know how to take care of them. I also love reptiles, from sulcata tortoises to leopard geckos. About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started caring for pets around age 6 and have continued ever since. I’ve worked in an animal shelter, giving me experience with a wide range of behaviors, personalities, and care needs. I learned most of what I know about caring for dogs from The Dog Whisperer. He really knows his stuff! Does your dog need walks and some extra training? I can handle that no problem and really enjoy seeing a dog respond to training and play. I use positive reinforcement while working with dogs. I love walking for fitness and love it even more when I have a pup to join me. While pet sitting, I can also care for plants, etc. I enjoy gardening so if you have a garden and require house/pet sitting, consider me your person! My schedule is very flexible. About: I enjoy dog walks and play. I love to also be able to groom if need be to keep our fur babies happy and healthy and looking good! Cuddle time is my favorite time too! Monday through Thursday I work a split shift where I normally have 11am-2pm available to do any running I need to do. I have Fridays completely off from my full time job as well! My pups get fed twice a day, and my cats get one big full bowl to munch on through the day. I clean my little boxes 2-3 times a week and I also go into my yard to clean up dog poo as well! About: All my life, I have bonded with both dogs and cats, and animals in general. I have been told that I have an ability to connect with any animal effortlessly. While I have been dog-sitting for friends, family, and others for about four years, I also have worked as a Caregiver at CARE STL, an animal shelter in St. Louis. During my time at CARE, I fed, walked, played, and formed connections with over 100 dogs, as well as cats and other animals. After that, I started working as a server/bartender at Bar-K, to make money while still working in an animal-friendly environment. About: My house is full of love and my dogs will surely keep your pets entertained they are friendly with almost everyone and the indoor and indoor/outdoor cats have been around many dogs and other animals with no problems in addition the rodents and birds areas can be closed off so your pet has no experience with those animals to keep all pets happy and healthy. I grew up on a farm so I have experience with cows, goats, rabbits, geese, ducks, chickens, guinea pigs, hamsters, dogs and cats. When I turned 17 I started my zoo as my father calls it, I have 11 animals. I started with a simple one cat and one dog. In 2023 I increased the number from 2 pets to 5 getting a Chinchilla and two cats one showing up at my front door and another surrendered to me after I friend couldn’t care for him anymore. Then in the beginning of 2025 another friend moved and couldn’t bring her birds so we took in 3 parakeets which they do better in pairs so we bought one to make it 4 and then a couple months later we were finally able to find a second chinchilla so that nether was lonely because they are also better in pairs also. Lastly number 11 I had been thinking about for awhile I always wanted a lot of dogs being a big dog person so my 11th pet we got at the beginning of 2026 she is a 6 month old border collie. I currently work part-time in the evenings so I’m free every morning and all weekend depending on the weekend. I can also be available any day by request but my days off are always Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday. I live in a rural area with a large space for dogs to play we have a 5 year old small medium pit-terrier mix and a 6 month old border collie. I also have a variety of pets so I have knowledge on how to care for birds, rodents, fish, cats and of course dogs large and small.

About: I have always had at least one animal in my home since I was born. My grandmother showed dogs and I would often help her get them trained and groomed. She was also an amazing professional dog groomer and I spent a large chunk of my time with her and learning from her. I like puppies but I have a love for older dogs. I have experience administering meds and injections. I work part time, on the weekends and I go to college full time. In the summer I work 5 days a week but based on your needs I can fit your furry friend into my schedule. I like to have a little list of things that you would think is important like the vet you want them to go to if your baby gets hurt, a feeding schedule, and anything that you may have concerns about while I stay at your house. I treat all of the animals I watch as they are my own babies and think it’s important to gain the trust of them while at your home, so they feel more comfortable.

About: I grew up around dogs working at a grooming shop and love animals! My children are older. They are 21 and 18 and loves animals as well! I do wfh. I’m available during the week and weekends as well. I do have a Pom-a-Poo, Brooklyn and a cat, Milo. They are sweet and loving! I enjoy on nice days taking dogs to the dog park, walks on trails, or through my neighborhood. I do not have a fenced in yard but will take them outside on a leash frequently. I have dog sat for friends and family numerous of times so thought I’d expand and help other people so they feel like their beloved animal is taken care of and in good hands while they are away! I have plenty of time to play with your pups and available pretty much 7 days a week! During the day someone is generally always home. I have a fenced in yard. I also ask if your dog is crated to bring your crate as well. I feed them on the schedule you provide and walks as well I am currently working from home and available to maintain any schedule or routine as needed to ensure dog/puppy day to day in minimally disrupted I have a fenced in yard and make sure I do not leave out items they can get into or harmful to ensure their safety
