“I frequently book with Gloria for overnight trips or for doggy daycare when I have longer days at work. I can’t recommend her enough. She takes care of Gus like he’s her own dog! He gets so excited every time we pull into the driveway.”

“First time ever having a sitter take care of of my cat and dog. She gave me updates and made sure she was properly cared for! i described the littler box needed to be cleaned once a day and it was so clean when i got it back i was so grateful! My dog had so much fun and she came back 10x softer! I booked multiple nights back to back and she kept going on with amazing care”

“Aratrika and her husband were amazing with Linus. 1000% recommended. Linus was so well taken care of, we received daily updates on Linus activities with so many photos. Aratrika made sure Linus was getting enough eating and excercise and communicated any questions to us right away. We could tell Linus was so very comfortable with Aratrika and her husband. We woul love to have Linus taken care by Aratrika again anytime!!!”

“Meghan took care of our dog while we are traveling over the holidays. When we had a family emergency come up and couldn't get back, she kindly offered to continue looking after him. We appreciate knowing that our dog is well taken care of in a difficult time. Will definitely book again.”

“I’ve left my puppy with Quinesha twice now, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again! She’s super nice, and my puppy absolutely adores her. She also sends plenty of photos and daily updates, which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy sitter!”

“Fieran and her family took my goldendoodle for boarding and they were absolutely wonderful! She shared many updates and tons of photos + videos. Our pup was happy and taken care of. So glad to have a reliable and amazing dog sitter!”

“Caitlin was a great boarding host! We left our 1 year old mix Ursa with her for a week; it was our first time leaving our pup for a vacation and she helped ease our fears! You could tell she knew what she was doing; she had her own meet & greet, notes, and sent multiple updates and pictures while we were gone. Will definitely rebook whenever we're out of town :)”

“Rose was perfect, she took amazing care of Ram and sent loads of pictures. My dog Ram had lots of fun too with her pets. She even gave him some special treats and dressed him up for Halloween.”
“Amazing sitter! Sharkey had the best weekend ever. He came home happy, relaxed, and very pleased with himself. I loved the photo updates and the extra care she gave him. He was clearly spoiled in all the right ways. Five stars and a tiny dramatic dog bow from Sharkey himself.”

“I cannot stress enough how AMAZING Hannah was! Not only was she great at communicating with me, but she kept me updated the whole time my puppy was in her care. This was my first time boarding my dog through Rover, and she made it a great first experience. I loved knowing that my puppy was getting well taken care of while I was away. I will definitely be booking with Hannah again(:”
“Rae was amazing with my Izzy! I had family visiting, and I took them to Chicago. Rae was such a great sitter for my dog - I never worried for a moment because of Rae's attentiveness and the updates she sent me. She weathered Izzy's inability to sleep through the first night with grace, and we worked out some things to help her on the second night. Even though it was too hot for many outdoor activities, Izzy still came back home tired from all the fun she had with Rae and her daughter. It was awesome to get to unpack and clean up with a sleepy pup. Thank you, Rae!”

“China was amazing. This was the first time I’ve booked a sitter on rover and she did her best to alleviate all my worries. My pup is super anxious and she did her best to help her eat her food and gave her all the time she needed to potty and do her business. She also gave my pup her meds which isn’t always easy! As long as she is available I will always go to China she’s awesome.”

“I can’t recommend Rachel enough! She took incredible care of my dog while I was away for a couple of weeks. He got plenty of exercise with walks, trips to the river, and adventures in the forest preserves. She even treated him to an ice cream after a long, fun day in the sun! Her communication was top notch, she sent frequent updates with details about his day and tons of great pictures that gave me total peace of mind. It was clear she treated him like one of her own. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, she’s the one!”

“Katherine did an excellent job of taking care of my Winnie, a large, athletic dog who craves attention from people. Katherine kept her engaged, playing games with her and throwing the ball in the backyard. She clearly has a lot of experience with dogs. Winnie came home a very happy pup.”

“Marissa was fabulous, so sweet, and did a great job taking care of my dog Gus. Communication was great and she sent me updates and pictures while I was away. I highly recommend using Marissa and will definitely rebook for my next trip.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5 years old. I have experience giving dogs pills, being consistent with training processes, and with senior dog care. I have also taken care of cats. I’m able to take care of dogs and cats in the mornings and evenings during the week and all day on weekends and holidays. I am a homebody so once I get done with work during the day, I am not leaving and play with my animals. I have a fenced in yard with a very friendly dog and cat. If needed, I have a room where I can separate my cat from other dogs to allow non-cat friendly dogs to stay. This room has his food, water, bed, toys, and litter box, while also being one I spend a large amount of time in so he is not lonely. My dog is fed once in the morning and is allowed to eat when he wants to and he runs outside in the backyard when he feels like it. I do adjust how often he gets fed and if he is free feeding when other animals are present. In clients' homes, I follow feeding and care instructions.
