About: I'm a dog-lover, as are my two young boys who stay home with me. We would love to care for your dog, take him on walks, and let him play in our backyard. We'd take him on one walk per day. We would make sure that he's not bored by letting him play inside the house or even taking him to the park to play. Otherwise, he can just hang with us while we are cooking or playing at home. I grew up having a dog at home. I was usually the one to feed and walk the dog every day, and I loved it. Recently, I was nannying full time for a family with a dog. Since I'm no longer doing that, I miss having a dog around. That's why I joined Rover. I love dogs. I am a stay-at-home-mom, homeschooling my kindergarten son and caring for my younger one as well. We would love to have a dog in the mix every once in a while to play with, care for, and take on walks. I let them roam about freely inside our house, which is a 3000 square foot home. We also have a large yard that has a dog run, so we could let your dog run out there between our two trees. If I come to your home for a drop-in visit, we will let your dog out for about 15 minutes to play and go to the bathroom.

“Rachel is an awesome Rover! She is easy to communicate with about everything, including her house visits with Daisy and Pixie. Rachel sent photos from every visit along with a few detailed paragraphs. Awesome! A true animal lover. Give Rachel a call!”

About: I’ve always had a soft spot for animals. Growing up around pets taught me how to care for them with patience and love. I’ve looked after dogs and cats of all ages from playful puppies to senior pets who need a gentler touch. I’m comfortable giving medications and sticking to routines. I’m calm, reliable, and always focused on making pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Caring for pets fits naturally into my routine because I genuinely love spending time with animals. I work weekdays from 8 AM to 2 PM (and until 12 PM on Fridays), so I’m available for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits. My flexible schedule lets me give pets the attention and consistency they need whether it’s for walks, playtime, check-ins, or overnight care. Whether in my home or yours, your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow routines carefully, give lots of love, and let pets adjust at their own pace. I always respect your home and treat your pet like family.

About: I've had animals all my life. From cats to dogs to hedgehogs. It's always been important to me to show animals how much they're loved and appreciated because they have feelings too. I am 19 but didn't really start actually feeding a walking my animals until I was older to do it with my family. When I go to my friend's house I always love taking the dogs on walks, drives, or even just cuddling. I've experienced all animal ages from puppies/ kittens to senior dogs. I am currently on summer break from college. I will be a sophomore in the fall. I have a cat and family dog. My cat tipsy is who I take back to college with me. I wake up, feed him, play and cuddles then he usually naps and does his own thing. I clean his box and then feed him at dinner time. Same goes with my dog Lucy if my parents need me to give her, her medicine if they aren't there. They're both lazy and keep each other entertained so I have so much time throughout the day. I am very good with instructions and directions. if animal needs medicine I am great with that; my dog also takes medicine morning and night. If needing crating when I leave that's great too. I'm good with what ever you need my help for.

“Matthew is so good with our dog, Oakley. We are so blessed he is available to walk him during the day. We come home to a happy dog.”

I've watched friends pets and take great care of them because I enjoy it so much. I'm newly retired and have plenty of time to take care of my own dogs and also love on yours. I can't imagine a better way to make some extra money because I love it so much. I just bought a pet friendly home for me and my own two little dogs. I have a fenced in front and also back yard so they will be safe and happy.

About: Worked for a vet in Boca Raton for 5 years. Started my own pet sitting job after that. My husband recently passed and could use the extra income. I am working part time but not making enough money. I will quit my part time job to take care of the pets fulltime. Thanks I won't be taking care of pets in my home. I have a older pug and 3 cats. “I was really worried when I had to find someone to care for my cat, Pippin, last minute but Ami was quick to respond and was an amazing help. And Pippin really seemed enjoyed the attention that she gave him.”

About: I have had and been around dogs my entire life. I can't think of a time I haven't had a dog in our house. Even once I was old enough to move out I had my Chihuahua that I rescued when he was just an 8-week old baby. I have a rescued lab mix that is 10 years old and a red Doberman that loves everyone. I have raised multiple dogs and have fostered for a Marion NC rescue Rusty's Legacy. I work full time at a factory, 8hrs, but am looking to make a career change to working with dogs, as they have always been a passion of mine. I think all animals should be treated like members of the family and I hope you will give me the opportunity to help take care of your special fur baby. I currently work full time as a factory worker from 7am-3pm in the afternoon so my availability is late afternoon to evenings. I'm sorry for any inconveniences. I will always be respectful of your home and of their space. I always want you and your pets to feel comfortable and that they feel safe.

“Wonderful sitter. She is kind and caring for your fur babies. Definitely recommend”
