“Taylor never disappoints us! She is always patient and kind to Arnie and she is really helping him to become more confident and less anxious. She also leaves us great comments/feedback on Arnie after every engagement, which makes it easier for us to track his progress and gives me (I am not around Arnie everyday) insight into Arnie’s world that I wouldn’t otherwise have an opportunity to experience. She’s the best!”

“Cora was great with our senior dog. We are very happy with her service. She was prompt and professional and provided a detailed explanation of her visit along with photos. We felt so comfortable leaving our dog in her capable hands.”

About: For about 4-5 years I’ve been on and off taking care of dogs from puppies to elders. I’ve helped raise and train my parent’s puppies for the past three years and have helped all sorts of family, friends and neighbors with all sorts of dogs. I have a cat and have cat-sat others for about 2-3 years as well as helped with reptiles, fish, rodents and birds. I work part time at a bank so whenever I have a free second I’m usually out and about checking in on pets, feeding them or walking dogs. I’m very list orientated so making a good list/schedule for your pet care is my top priority. I make sure I play with all my pets for a little while a few times a day when I’m home and give multiple pets individual attention. If I'm gone for work or something other I’m never out for more than a few hours.

About: I treat every dog like they’re my own—with patience, love, and lots of play! What sets me apart is my hands-on experience caring for both energetic puppies and senior dogs who need a gentler touch. Hi! I’m a part-time worker at an pharmacy and nursing student at NIU with a flexible schedule and a big heart for animals. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine, and I truly enjoy spending time with pets, it’s a fun and relaxing break from school and work. I’m reliable, responsible, and bring the same care and attention to animals as I do in my nursing studies. Whether it’s a walk, a cuddle session, or just keeping them company while you’re away, your pets will be in loving hands! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I will try to stick closely to their usual routine feeding times, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I will make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and stress free while you’re away. I always keep things clean, stay respectful of your space, and give your pet the attention they need to feel comfortable. Whether your pet loves cuddles, playtime, or just quiet company, I adapt to their needs and personality to ensure they’re happy and well cared for.

About: Dogs have always been drawn to me and I to them. I am a WFH business owner in Dekalb, Illinois. I've lived here my whole life (35 years) and have volunteered to walk dogs at both Tails and the Barn on Baseline throughout my life. I am my neighborhoods dogsitter and can be yours too. I have owned dogs my entire life (all rescues, one is a Katrina Rescue) and have a keen eye for anything wrong or concerning. I'm a big outdoor walker and I personally walk my Husky/Spaniel Mix 3 times a day for 30 minutes each and would love to stop by and give your dogs a visit or give them some much needed exercise! Any questions simply ask! I'm an Ecommerce Business owner with a very flexible schedule allowing me to prioritize my personal life outside of work. Your dogs would fit great into my schedule! As a homeowner, I'm respectful of my clients privacy and cleanliness of their home. I'm simply there to enjoy the company of your dog and make sure they are in good hands while you are gone!

“Vlad did a great job with my two dogs, Lily and Leo. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. It was my first time leaving my dogs alone and I was a little uncertain how they'd react, but everything went perfectly. Vlad even improvised a little bit - I hadn't anticipated rainy weather and he handled just fine, locating some towels in my garage and drying the dogs off. He stayed in communication with me with every walk. I would recommend him without reservation.”

About: I've taken care of pets since I was a teenager. Pets that belonged to my sister to pets that have belonged to my neighbors. I have experience feeding and walking dogs. I'm currently in between jobs at the moment, but that'll change in a little while. So, take advantage while you can. Of course, when I do get a job, I'll still make time to care for your pet! I'm always dependable to feed your pet on time and walk your pet for however long is needed. I also enjoy playing and interacting with your pet.

About: I grew up with dogs all of my life. We always had at least one dog and usually a cat growing up. My family and I now have 3 dogs- Cocker Spaniel, Bernedoodle, and a Beagle mix. We treat our dogs as family- humans. I consider them my children. I am a former foster for Tails, but unfortunately I had to give that up due to getting attached to them all. ❤️ *update- I’m fostering again! 🥰💕❤️ I am a stay at home mom to my 3 dogs! My 15, 12, and 6 year old are in school all day. I am home all day besides an occasional errand, school drop off/pickup, or an after school or weekend sporting event for my boys. My husband also has a flexible work schedule. In fact, I usually have him come along on meet & greets so that we can tag team visits if need be. We have a Petsafe invisible fence. If you have a Petsafe collar, then it should work at my home. Besides the Petsafe invisible fence, we have an extra long tie out in the backyard. We also have a fenced in area near the pool which is unavailable during pool season otherwise open. I recently put up a fenced area that is suitable for dogs that aren’t jumpers or strong. Our yard is about half an acre. I’m happy to walk a dog on a leash in the yard or around the neighborhood as well. We have a beautiful walking path nearby. I also love giving the option to pet owners for in home visits while they’re gone. Sometimes a pet is more content and comfortable in their own home. I’m happy to visit 3-4 times a day to provide some company, feed, and allow for potty breaks. It’s really a great option for many who don’t enjoy being boarded at a facility.
