“Dexter was well cared for at Jessica’s. She discovered he had an ear infection and cleaned out his ear a bit and let me know. I appreciated this. Dexter was miserable because of his ear so he didn’t really play or anything but I know he was safe and his needs were handled. My only critique is that I had to ask how he was to get the info (including about his ear) and I prefer when the sitter reaches out to tell me if something is amiss. FYI: Dexter went to the vet the day after we got back and has antibiotics now. :)”

Animals off all sizes and breeds are special to me and also to God. I know I have a couple less than desirable reviews, but they were total misunderstandings. About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, fish, and lizards my whole life. I will spoil your pets based on what the owner allows me to do. I have an 11 year old Boxer who loves companion ship of all animals. Currently I am unemployed so pet care is my main focus. When I’m not taking care of my 11 y/o Boxer and 1 year old Bearded Dragon I’m looking up ways to make my animals more happy I will take dogs on walks at least 2 times a day and will take them to dog parks to run around. I have a 11 year old Boxer that will keep your dog company too. This household is cat friendly as well and will treat the cat like a king/queen that they believe they are.

About: I have always loved every different kind of animal out there, but spent my childhood with mostly just cats. 15 years ago, I adopted my first puppy, a German Short-haired Pointer, at the age of 8 weeks. My ex-husband and I decided to take the "treatless training" approach which was a huge success! Crate training, leash training, obedience training were all a collaborative effort and turned out extremely well. 10 years later, we adopted a sweet rescue named Gizmo who was already 7 years old, but became part of the family immediately. They have both passed on now to doggy heaven, but I am always the first to offer to care for other family member's pets anytime I can :) I'm currently working part-time from my home in Blackberry Creek and always have time for some fur-ball company. My 2 girls, 7 and 10 years old, are with me part time and are also very helpful, gentle and patient with our pets and hopefully yours! If it better suits you, I can always come to your home as well for potty and play time :) UPDATE 6/8/26 - Since starting my Rover journey in 2022, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing pets and their wonderful families. Along the way, our household has grown and changed in ways I never expected. In 2023, one of my regular Rover pups (actually a senior pup) became a permanent part of our family. Tigger’s owner had rescued him from a Chicago Animal Shelter just months before I began caring for him. As a 100 lb. Staffordshire Terrier, Great Dane, Bully, etc. mix, Tigger was a big boy with an even bigger heart. His owner dedicated to helping him become the best version of himself, especially since he wasn’t always comfortable around other dogs. With patience, training, and love, he blossomed into the sweetest, gentlest giant you could imagine. When his owner unexpectedly passed away, her husband reached out to ask if I would consider adopting Tigger. My answer was immediate: absolutely. I couldn’t bear the thought of him returning to a shelter. Bringing Tiggy into our family was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My girls and I were lucky enough to love, spoil, and cherish him for three wonderful years before he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We miss him every day, but are so grateful for the time we had together. Since then, we’ve also welcomed two adorable brother cats into our home. They keep us smiling and full our days with plenty of fun and affection. While our family has grown, we’re excited to have some doggy energy back in the house through Rover! When your pup stays with us, they’ll be welcomed with open arms and treated like a part of the family. We understand how much your pets mean to you because we’ve experienced firsthand just how special that bond can be. About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was young, and I now have over 18 years of hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities. Friends, neighbors, and family have always trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and give their pets the same love and attention they would. I’m patient, responsible, and passionate about making every dog feel safe and happy. I work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for pets throughout the week. I’m available on weekends and most weekdays after 2 PM for walks, drop-ins, or boarding. Also im at full time college student I live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment where animals can relax and feel safe. I follow each pet’s routine closely, provide lots of attention, and make sure they’re supervised at all times. I can also crate your dog if required.
About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I have also grown up raising birds, cats, and rabbits. I had my first pet-sitting business when I was just 11 years old. I am a current dog and cat mom. I aspire to be a dog trainer and have my own business one day. I follow my clients’ instructions to the tee whether regarding potty schedules, feeding schedules, bathing, walking, playing, training, etc. I can also do any additional services if need be while caring for your pet at your home.

About: I have a ton of experience pet sitting and checking in on pets throughout the day as well as dog walking. I also have a lot of experience working with senior aged animals. I am very confident in my skills and would love the opportunity to help out anyone who needs it. I am super flexible with hours and always available. I am currently on summer break from school so right now I have all the time in the world. Once September starts I will have to go back to school but I only have a few classes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday so I would only be away from, the animals for two hours at most. Caring for pets in their home is my preferred way to do it because they are familiar with the environment. I have experience watching pets in all types of and different types of outdoor access. So even if there is no screened in fence, I am able to deal with that.

About: Dogs are a gift from heaven. I have a gift of love for dogs. My dogs mean the world to me. They are everything. When ever I see someone walking their dog I say hi to the dog! I am patient and caring. I believe dogs need that because just like us they have feelings and triggers. I understand each dog is different and I will most certainly adapt to your dogs needs. Frequent potty breaks and long walks I have unfenced 3 acres and quiet streets and walking trails for exercise and a 7 year old boxer Shepard mix who loves to play. My dog and any dog are allowed on furniture unless you suggest otherwise. I love to walk or wven run long distance. My doggo baylee and I love to 8 miles most days.

“Dexter was well cared for at Jessica’s. She discovered he had an ear infection and cleaned out his ear a bit and let me know. I appreciated this. Dexter was miserable because of his ear so he didn’t really play or anything but I know he was safe and his needs were handled. My only critique is that I had to ask how he was to get the info (including about his ear) and I prefer when the sitter reaches out to tell me if something is amiss. FYI: Dexter went to the vet the day after we got back and has antibiotics now. :)”
