My dog, who can be a bit anxious when I'm away, seemed incredibly relaxed and happy when I returned. JD sent me regular updates, including photos and videos, which gave me great peace of mind. The house was spotless when I got back, and it was clear that JD had gone above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable. Cooper our 20 month old Cavapoo stayed for a few days and it was our first time away. Not only did they update with photos and videos many times throughout the day but they sent home a report card letting me know how he ate and what he did. They really went above and beyond! Cooper didn’t want to play too much with the other dogs so Miriam had him cuddled by her desk throughout the day he was able to sleep with them at night. They truly love dogs and are some of the nicest people I’ve met!! Will always use them in the future !”
