She is an amazing resource when it comes to cats since she volunteers and a big cat Sanctuary, and with her degree in animal law and her passion for animal advocacy, we knew Huntington and Remi were in the best hands possible for their care! She was able to do a meet and greet prior to my trip so that she could meet the “kids” and I could show her around. On the day of my trip, she came a few minutes early so everyone knew she was supposed to be there. That is always my preferred way to leave as I think it provides the two dogs a bit of acceptance of my departure. Throughout the stay, Nicole sent great updates and I felt very at ease that everyone was in good hands. Upon return, my house was just as clean as when I left, my fur babies were happy and I was completely satisfied that everyone was well taken care of. I can’t recommend Nicole enough. Lynn was wonderful with Gimli! She sent us regular updates and pictures, and made us feel like he was really being taken care of by someone who genuinely cared for him. It’s always a little scary leaving him in the hands of someone we don’t know very well, but Lynn immediately made me feel at ease when she came over for a meet and great before our trip. She had an immediate rapport with Gimli, and she asked lots of good questions about his routine and what he likes. We will definitely use Lynn again if she is available the next time we go away!
Courtney did an awesome job with my cats! One of my cats has high medical needs (and all three are spoiled.) Courtney was able to keep him on his medications and genuinely cared for them for me. It made my trip a lot easier knowing that my furry friends were happy and well cared-for. I would highly, highly recommend Courtney!
