About: I have always grown up with dogs. My dogs are my babies. I have always been someone friends and family call to watch their animals when they’re out of town. I love all kinds of dogs (large, small, senior, puppies) you name it I’ll love it. I currently have a full time day job but am always available after 5pm. I am almost always available on the weekends. I am willing to stop by anytime I can as long as it fits into my workweek schedule. I am always respectful of the home, property, and animals. I am very respectful and professional. I am a very neat and clean person who will always pick up after themselves!

About: I have had pets all my life and can’t imagine life without them. I’m one of those people who sees a dog and gets excited. My own 4 dogs and 1 cat are my world. I have experience with dogs who have seizures, dogs who have liver shunt disorders and dogs with anxiety issues. I know how hard it is to find a sitter when I have to go out of town. I would love to give pet owners the peace of mind they need to enjoy their time away. Now that I have retired from teaching, my availability has increased. I’m available for twice daily visits/walks. If you’re in the Carthage area, I can do more than 2 visits if needed. As retired teacher, I am now able to do twice daily visits and more if you live in the Carthage area. I can do mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. I would love to care for pets in their own environments. I would take the time to spend with them making sure they are loved and cared for as if they were my own.
About: I work at a vet hospital and I have for 5years, I’ve owned many pets previously. I know how to give medicine properly and tell when something is off! I work full time! I’m completely free on weekends and most weekdays after 3pm! I can make adjustments for you if you give me enough notice! I live in an apartment with 2 cats, with plenty of space and walk and play so there will be no shortage of play time!! However at your home I would treat them as my own! Playtime, walks, and even cuddles if they want! I love all kinds of pets and I can make everything go smoothly!

About: I have ~5 years experience caring for all kinds of breeds of dogs and cats in a vet/boarding facility. Capable of administering oral medications to both cats and dogs. Capable of administering diabetic medication to both cats and dogs. Experience with special diets. Experience with disabled pets. (I know all the tips n’ tricks to making sure your fur baby can still have that full dog walking experience!) I have two cats. One is 3 and the other is almost 13 years old, and both still play together and act like kittens. They keep my heart filled and help me everyday to maintain a regular routine. So it’s not just me taking care of them, they also in a way take care of me every day. I will care for them as I would any animal. With patience and love. Obviously some need a lil more patience or love and that’s okay. I will never hesitate to make sure an animal is well cared for.
About: I have taken care of pets since I was 9. I have raised several dogs from puppies to senior dogs. I am very well versed in potty training, bathing, and responsible play. For many years I have bathed and walked dogs for my family and friends in addition to taking care of my own. I absolutely love animals and look forward to giving yours all the love and attention it needs! I am a stay at home mom whose kids are all in school now. So that means I have a lot of free time for your pets! I currently have a dog who does not like other dogs, so staying at my house is unfortunately not an option. I do however love getting to visit other pets and thoroughly enjoy taking long walks with them or having a play session with them.

About: I've taken care of several dogs and cats for friends and neighbors, whether that's just checking in or staying overnight. I am avaliable to accompany the pets for extended hours or days. Pet sitting is my full time job, so I am usually available whenever! I'm able to either stay with the pets or check on them periodically. I am able to watch pets at a client's house, always keeping an eye on them and making sure they're doing alright. A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
