About: Every friend or family members cat or dog has connected with me instantly, and I may not have professional pet sitting experience, but I do absolutely love all animals and will do my best to provide comfort for your fur-baby while you're busy. Even my sisters grumpy old boy Dobby loves me (and I love him too ♡). I have my own dog Piper, who is a shih-tzu turning four years old this month. She loves almost all other dogs and cats, and especially loves having new playtime buddies. We have plenty of toys and she is not aggressive when sharing. I do work fulltime with a night shift schedule. I walk and feed my pup before and after work, then we have plenty of playtime when I'm home. I treat pets like I would want to be treated, with love and respect. I give plenty of kisses and pats, and playtime is always a good time if the pet is up for it. I am hyperaware of toxins to dogs and cats, constantly keeping an eye out.

About: Please read till the end…I have had cats my entire life, and have nothing to give to them, but love. However, only within the past 2 years have I had dogs. And boy, have I learned a lot. But, I took on two dachshund puppies at the same time, and if anyone knows much about small dogs, you know that is a nightmare/dream come true all in one. I currently have cats, dogs, my bunny, rats, fish…so, many animals in my home. And they are all happy and healthy, and loved. I have indeed been called “the animal whisperer” because people come over and are always baffled at how well my animals get along. I love animals more than anything, and their happiness is very important to me… I myself, may have a lot of animals, but I am by no means rich, or financially stable at the moment, so I understand the struggle of finding an an affordable pet sitter. But, I am very good at planning and spacing out enough time for everyone to get all the attention they need. And I am wanting to switch to a full time position as a pet sitter. Unfortunately, most care would have to be done at the clients home, because my animals (my dogs) Love other people and other dogs, but I do not feel comfortable putting that stress on my cats. However, I am reliable, I clean the cat boxes every day, and my dogs are out of the kennel as much as they possibly can be. They never smell too bad, kennel environment and cleanliness is very important to me, when it comes to their health and comfort. However, I do stick to my firmness and want them to feel like they can be themselves, but to also know that they need to listen.

We live on the third floor of an apartment complex here in Ankeny with elevator access! We have a patio that in warmer months we can always put per pads down if needed.
