About: I grew up with all kinds of pets and have continuined the tradition in my own home. The last few years since becoming a remote worker, I have been pet sitting in clients homes administering simple meds and taking general care of their cats and dogs (often both). If my rates are showing differently, it is because rover tags on an extra 20-30%, which is the percent they take from you. This is on top of the 20% they keep from the amount that I collect at the end of my stay. Full transparency is key. If a discount is needed, please send the request and we can work something out! I work remote, so there aren't too many obstacles in the way of scheduling. I typically have plans throughout the week, often around 2-4 hours total, that would take me out of the home. Otherwise, I'll be in the home taking care of your pet. I care for pets in the comfort of their own home, keeping them on their usual schedule. I provide walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of love while respecting your space.
About: I have experience not only with dog care, but also with cats, horses, chickens, rabbits, cows, and other farm animals. I have cared for senior dogs, as well as puppies and pregnant dogs. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
