About: I strongly believe that our furry loved ones deserve the utmost care while we're away. This can be fostered through a variety of pet sitting services, but for me, I love to help out by offering drop-in visits and in-home sitting. I've been pet sitting for over 6 years, and I've had cats and dogs my entire life (currently 6 cats and 2 dogs)! About: Ive been around dogs a lot. I have 3 of my own. One named Hope. She’s more active, and needs alot of playtime. So I’m definitely good at managing that. One name is Oakley, he likes to be babied and cuddled. Ones name is Hank, and he is just the chillest dog haha. I already have dogs so I work 24/7 with my own. I have a lot of time on my hands so I’m free whenever. Anytime you just need a break I can come help, when you’re gone. I’ll do it. I give baths, I walk them, I play ball/fetch with them. I take them potty, feed them, give them treats. I do all the things it takes to take care of a dog, the same way you would treat a baby.

About: I have grown up around dogs all my life! I even have my own fur baby, Maverick! I have experience with giving oral medication, potty training, and giving your pup the exercise and play time they want and need! I am a local teacher- so I have flexibility with my schedule during early mornings, lunchtime, or evenings! My current work also allows me to be available on breaks and holidays! With my clients, I love to stay in consistent communication where I can provide you with updates and pictures of your pet. This will ease your mind knowing your pet is happy, healthy, and in great hands!

About: My family has had a rescue dog since she was a puppy and is now a senior dog. I have had my own 2 shelter dogs living with me full time for over 2 years so I have been exposed to dealing with separation anxiety and many different reactions. I know I will be able to exceed your pets needs and provide lots of love and attention! I am currently working full time, in office M-F so my availability is mostly weekends. Our household has 2 young dogs so after work I will take them on a run daily for their high energy. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat on a few acres of land so they are very active outside. I used to live in an apartment and would exercise my 3 year old lab retriever for about 2 hours a day! I love playing fetch and games with our animals and am excited to entertain your pets!

About: Things we believe: -Dog birthday parties on the beach are the best birthday parties -Shoe laces are just built-in toys for foster kittens -There's no such thing as a lackluster dog nose. They're all adorable. Always. -Sometimes your cats need a break from their very stressful cat lives and should spend a cold winter morning watching cat TV while curled up in load of towels still warm from the dryer (that you actually wanted to fold, but whatever) -There's always room on your lap for one more furry family member I bring over 20 years of experience caring for other people's pets like they were my own, starting with my early work in a vet office during high school and college. Since then, I’ve cared for a wide range of animals — dogs, cats, birds, Guinea pigs, lizards, and other small companions — and have also fostered extensively for my local animal shelter and I loved every minute of it. My foster work has included animals in hospice; seniors; dogs going through heartworm treatment; those with serious behavior issues; advanced starvation cases; kidney disease; and pets with other complex medical needs, so I am very comfortable following detailed treatment plans, giving medications, and monitoring changes in behavior or health. I understand how important consistency and attention to detail are, especially when your furry family needs extra care. However complex the case, I always look for ways to make your pet happy in addition to healthy, whether that be an extra slow walk with lots of sniffing, an enrichment toy with diet-approved snacks, or just some quiet time on the couch together. Most importantly, I know what I don’t know. Every pet is an individual with their own history and needs, and I never assume my past experience automatically applies to your furry family member. If I ever have a question or concern, I reach out immediately, and in a genuine emergency, I won’t hesitate to contact your veterinarian. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, so I can work around your and your furry family's established schedule. When staying at your home, I can be with your pet most of the day. This means they get lots of attention and snuggles (if, and only if, they like snuggles!), and I can watch for shifts in their behavior, appetite, or energy levels and let you know right away. I only provide care in your home, which allows your furry family to stay in their normal environment and maintain their regular routine. I’ve found this keeps stress low and helps pets feel safe while you’re away. When I’m staying overnight, I treat your home and your furry family’s routine with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and bedtime instructions exactly as given.

About: I love all animals and I have pets ranging from reptiles to cats and dogs. I have experience working with fearful pets and pets with aggression issues. During my time working in animal shelters and veterinary clinics, I handled and worked with pets of all different temperaments and training levels. Please let me know if there’s anything you are working with your pet on (jumping, mouthing, frustrated leash tugging, pulling, etc) and how you would like to have me work with them if that happens. I am comfortable medicating and caring for all of your pets needs as I am a certified veterinary technologist with an Associate in veterinary technology and Bachelors in animal sciences with a concentration of companion animals. My love for animal care started when I began volunteering at animal shelters and horse stables in middle school. It has continued to grow into a passion and career. I have been working in veterinary toxicology since 2017. I have a special interest in animal behavior and training. I have worked through my own dog’s stranger aggression, and reactivity to dogs and people. With lots of consistency and training, she was able to get her AKC Canine Good Citizen certificate. I am currently working with an adult foster dog that came from a neglectful and abusive household. Right now I am teaching him how to ‘dog’ and basic manners. I work Monday to Friday but usually have a flexible schedule for drop ins and I’m available after work. I am open to coming to stay for house sittings during the week and working from your home when I can. Saturday to Sunday I have open availability. I will treat your home as I would want others to treat mine. I will keep your home tidy and clean up what I can so when you come home you can relax! Thorough details of how you want your pet and home to be cared for is always welcomed! I have a lot of plants so I don’t mind helping with any house plant care. For any overnight stays, please let me know what appliances I can or cannot use, where you would like for me to stay, etc. House sitting can be a tricky topic since the needs can vary so much between individuals. My house sitting base rate includes an overnight care (can adjust hours depending on your pet’s routine & this includes all potty breaks, snuggles, enrichment, etc while I’m in the home), midday potty break, meals, and one focused walk/exercise session (example: before dinner). If your pets need more exercise, care, or attention, this is not a problem! We can discuss additional drop ins and walks as needed and I can adjust the fees as appropriate.

About: Hi! I’m Bailey — I’ve worked in the vet field my entire career and am studying to become a veterinarian. I’ve also volunteered at animal shelters and love all animals! With my experience and care, your pets will be in great hands for pet sitting. I am currently only working part time and have tons of time on my hands my main focus will be caring for pets and college! I have three cats and a snake myself, I have grown up with dogs, cats, reptiles, you name it. Caring for pets will always be my priority!

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5 years old. I have experience giving dogs pills, being consistent with training processes, and with senior dog care. I have also taken care of cats. I am currently unemployed with a very flexible schedule. My only timed responsibilities are that my dog needs to be let out at some point between 4-6pm on a normal day. I have a fenced in yard with a very friendly dog and cat. If needed, I have a room where I can separate my cat from other dogs to allow non-cat friendly dogs to stay. This room has his food, water, bed, toys, and litter box, while also being one I spend a large amount of time in so he is not lonely. My dog is fed once in the morning and is allowed to eat when he wants to and he runs outside in the backyard when he feels like it. I do adjust how often he gets fed and if he is free feeding when other animals are present. In clients' homes, I follow feeding and care instructions.

About: I have grown up with all sorts of pets including dogs, cats, birds, fish, rodents, reptiles, and farm animals! I also work at a doggy daycare and boarding facility so I’m especially trained with dogs! I am currently working at a doggy daycare and boarding facility but my shifts are at most 6 hours long. My work schedule is very flexible so I will always do what is best and needed for your fur babies! If I will be coming to your home it will be like you never left! I will try my best to do everything exactly how you do it to avoid stress! I will arrange my schedule to your pets needs!

About: One of my earliest memories was at the age of five. My mom brought my sister home from the hospital after she was born and I asked, "Can we have a kitten instead?!" Our parents started us with goldfish like most do. We then graduated to hamsters, followed by kittens. Currently, I have two dogs of my own that I consider to be my fur babies. Our pets can be much like our children, so I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to provide the care your animals need. My experience with animals comes from having my own as well as taking care of friends and family members pets as well. I love animals so much, I paint them on canvas as another passion of mine. I am looking forward to caring for your pet and providing whatever special needs they may have in order to make you and your animal feel comfortable while you are away. I work from home as an Artist so my schedule is flexible in between appointments outside of the home. I am unavailable Tuesday nights after 5pm. About: I have been dog sitting since I was 11 years old. I have taken care of all kinds of dogs, all ages and sizes. I have always grown up with a dog, so taking care of one is like second nature to me. I have looked after puppies as well as senior dogs. I have potty trained puppies in less than 2 weeks. I have been responsible for walking, feeding, entertaining/playing, and bathing services. I am a University of Illinois Student who is currently working part-time over the summer, therefore I have a flexible schedule! As as student at the University of Illinois, I have taken multiple courses in Animal Science, including Companion Animals in Society, Science of Pets and Their Care, and World Animal Resources. I walk my dog Arlo in the morning before work, and will do the same with pets that are under my care. I live on a lake and I do not have a fenced in yard, but I will walk them often. I will walk your pets around the neighborhood which you live if I am caring for them at your house. My 4 year old Husky/German Shepherd mix loves other dogs and is very friendly. My dog does not require a crate, however if that is something that your dog needs, I can accommodate! If I am watching your pets at my house, I will require proof of vaccinations to keep my dog safe as well!
