“Paola did a great job. She did everything that was requested to look after my cat, Trixie. Trixie would be fine either way so this was more about me and my neuroses. Paola showed up as scheduled to feed and water Trixie. She also sent pics so I could see how Trixie was doing. This is definitely the way to go and Paola was the right choice. Paola was respectful of my home and cat. With Paola’s help, I was able to enjoy my weekend away.”

“Jill was wonderful taking care of our dog with drop-in visits while we were away. Communication was great and she took care of our dog like she was her own. We are so glad to have found Jill and hope to book her for all of our needs going forward!”

“Johnny has done an amazing job with our dog and for us. He is responsible, prompt, and has great follow-up with the animal owner. With the dog he is kind, patient, and interactive. Great experience all around.”

About: Dog Mom to three beautiful mixed-breed rescue dogs: Izzy (10) Staffy mix, Sadie (3) Dachshund mix, Monica Lewinsky (2) Chihuahua mix. Throughout my time owning Izzy in NYC and NJ, I've worked with multiple trainers & behaviorists to better understand reactive/sensitive dogs. I'm well versed in reading body language, avoiding triggering situations, and reinforcing good behavior. All the dogs in the neighborhood know I have treats on me at all times! I'm working freelance so I have nearly full availability currently. My dogs get three 30+ minute walks a day plus backyard + basement play sessions. I'm not accepting boarding at this time but safety would be my top priority when caring for your pet in your home or neighborhood. This includes double door systems, ensuring collar/harness is applied properly, and always being alert on walks. (I don't use my phone on walks so I can be actively present!)

About: I'm a dog lover with years of experience caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes. Whether your furry friend needs a playful companion, a snuggle buddy, or someone to make sure they get their daily exercise, I'm here to help. I also have experience with puppy training, so don't worry if your pup isn't fully house trained. I understand that every dog is unique, with their own personality, needs, and quirks. That's why I take the time to get to know your pup and tailor my care to suit their needs. I will ensure your dog feels loved, happy, and well cared for while you're away. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry friend soon! I currently have a very flexible schedule and am available during the week and on weekends to care for your pets. Just let me know what you need! I have a fenced in yard and a friendly pug and orange cat to keep your dog company. When providing walks or drop in visits with your pet, I can also assist with bringing in mail or watering plants.

“This was our first time using Rover services and Sherylee was an outstanding, caring sitter for our cat, Porter! The pictures Sherylee sent assured us that Porter trusted her and felt safe and cared for. She followed all of our care suggestions for Porter and we could clearly see that Sherylee is a true pet lover. We will definitely request her services again when we go away!”

“Tricia was very kind, professional, and thorough. She asked if she could bring her kids along to help and i was just as pleased with how well mannered and polite they both were with all of my animals! Would definitely recommend her services, she is they type of person you would hope to have watching over your animals while your away!”

About: I have extensive background in physical training and rehabilitation, working as a music therapist and Canada, and now teaching at a private school Englewood! I can bring a well varied set of skills for you and your pet! I am currently working less over the summer as I am a teacher, and would love to make more animal friends by walking and dog sitting as needed I will be able to provide a play time with the animal, as well as attend to any in all services that the animal would require.

About: During my time there, I handled various dog breeds and played/walked dogs of all ages, including senior dogs and puppies. I have worked with animals that have disabilities. I also have walked and played with my family and friend’s dogs when they needed a dog sitter. Prior to dog walking my family friends dogs, I was a Pet Care Specialist for several months at Morris Animal Inn. I’m currently working part time so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your animal and/or animals! I am available on week days, and/or weekends if needed. I will make sure your animals safety is my top priority, and can give them treats if needed. From working at Morris Animal Inn, I have experience and knowledge of working with animals.

“Louis is Awesome! He is really patient in understanding the needs of my dog. He arrived on time and spent good amount of time playing with my dog. Would love to hire him for future drop-in visits. Highly recommend”

“Wow! My German is scary to most people because his bark is so big, but Brandon handled him like a pro. By day 2, both my boys were excitedly waiting for him at the door.”

About: I worked at a doggy day care for 7 years. Worked on training with my own, friends, and family. I have a dog and 2 cats of my own, and I am self-taught on cat and dog breeds and behavior. Can administer medications (if the pet allows, if the pet is fighting to much I will not stress them too much). Experience with all ages. I have experience with various forms of feisty pets, I will not force them to do anything they don't want to do, but I am willing to work on building a relationship with them and ensure that you have a competent caretaker for your pets. I work part time but my schedule is fairly consistent, with weekends off. My early morning are generally free, as well as my late evenings. Some times may be negotiable. We all have busy lives and I would love to help make sure your pets are loved and cared for. Currently I am unavailable most Tuesdays and between 12pm-6:30pm I unfortunately do not have the ability to keep any other pets in my home. In my clients homes I will follow all rules and instructions to care for your pets. We can go over walk times, play times, enrichment methods, medications. If you're pet has reactivity issues/displays any reactive behavior towards people, I would like to do several meetings to go over any rules and develop a little bit of a relationship first. I do have experience with reactivit, and every pet is different. My goal is for the safety and happiness of everyone involved.

Please feel free to contact me weeks ahead if you need weekdays' care. I have a fenced yard and large space indoor for your pet; I can easily crate your dog if needed; your pet's safety is very important.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I had a golden retriever who sadly passed away 10 years ago and then helped raise and train a collie mix with my parents. After moving out I adopted a dog of my own who needed a lot of behavioral training and patience. I understand what it’s like to have a more difficult pet and am here to help. would love to help care for your dogs like my own. I am unable board your pets in my own home but can pet/house sit at your house or take them on walks regularly I work full time in healthcare Monday-Friday from 8-4 but am available for evening walks. I get major holidays off and am available most weekends to care for your pup as well. I cannot board your dog in my home due to behavioral issues with my own pup however I am able to stay over and care for your pup in the comfortable of their own home. I follow all instructions and guidelines provided to care for your pets appropriately and never allow dogs off leash or to interact with other dogs for safety unless otherwise specified

About: At CozyCare, we believe pets are cherished members of the family who deserve love and care. What began as my daughter's passion for animals at the age of 11 has grown into a meaningful community service. From dog walking to boarding and house sitting, every penny she raises is donated to charitable organizations she actively supports. Working from home allows me to dedicate my time to assisting my daughter while providing personalized attention, playful activities and snuggles for every pet in our care. With years of experience and a deep understanding of nervous or anxious pets, we tailor our care to ensure every furry friend feels happy and at ease. Whether you need daycare for a few hours or full-day care, we treat your pets as if they were our own. At CozyCare, our mission is to provide exceptional care for your pets while making a difference in the lives of those in need. Let us be your trusted partner in ensuring your pets feel loved and cared for! Working from home allows me to dedicate my day to caring for your pups. I’m available for boarding or walking and make sure they stay active and engaged with exercise, playtime, or walks. If your dog enjoys car rides, I love taking them to nearby Francisco Park, Grover Cleveland Park or Verona Park for fresh air and fun. My routine is all about keeping your pets happy, active and comfortable. I always greet them with a big smile and pets, and shower them with love. The first thing I do is make sure they’re happy and comfortable. We allow them to walk freely, play safely inside and sit on our sofas and couches. Periodically, take them for a short walk, one dog at a time.

About: I've owned dogs, big and small, since I was 8 years old and can't imagine a life without a furry friend by my side. While my 3 year old mini bernedoodle, Winnie, currently receives all my love and care, I'm itching to share that same level of attention with other pups far and wide! (NOTE: Winnie does not accompany me on house sitting bookings unless explicitly requested by the owner, as she prefers to hang home with her other pet-parent) I am extremely detail oriented, responsible, and have a flexible work from home schedule so I'm happy to drop by/sit anytime. My apartment building is incredibly dog friendly with our very own private dog run (which is often empty), and only a few blocks away from Jefferson park. I'm very active and love taking long strolls through the neighborhood. I've handled dogs of all temperaments and am able to tailor my care to make them feel most at ease. I will also update you throughout my stay with all the photos and videos! I work from home and have flexible hours, therefore I can adjust my schedule to accommodate your pet's needs. I love going for long walks as exercise, so being able to bring along a furry friend is always a bonus :) I am an extremely vigilant caretaker and treat every pup I care for like they are my own. Making sure your pet feels safe and comfortable is my number one priority.

About: When I was younger I was in 4-H Therapy Pets group where we took our pets to visit seniors. I grew up around animals and have had cats, dogs, a rabbit, hampsters and birds. I grew up surrounded by a variety of pets, including cats, dogs, a rabbit, hamsters, and birds. This hands-on experience taught me how to care for animals of all kinds, understand their unique personalities, and make them feel comfortable and safe. I currently have a full-time job working Sunday–Wednesday and Fridays from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m., so I’m available most afternoons and evenings, as well as Saturdays. I can take your dog for a walk and tire them out with friendly play! Or if your pet just needs someone to keep them company and look over them I can do that too!
