About: I have had dogs my entire life, and taken care of them in full for my family, friends and neighbors. I love four legged furry friends; giving them walks, playing with them and making them feel comfortable. I have always adopted rescue dogs so have a good sense of how to take care of apprehensive dogs, as well as hyperactive or dogs that need more attention and a patient trainer. I have amateur experience training dogs and have learned tips from my sister who is an experienced dog trainer and dog walker. I have chickens at home and have cared for furry, scaled and feathered friends in the past, I love them all. I am patient and loving when it comes to taking care of animals and hope you will consider me to take care of your best friend(s)! My partner and I have recently lost our best furry friend and I would love a reason to get outside more often with my favorite animal (dogs!) or any animal at all. I currently work full time but am off on Sundays/Mondays as well as evenings. My job allows me to leave midday as needed. If I can plan ahead with a care schedule, I have no issue fitting walks/care as needed. I personally have always had free range dogs, but have experience with free ranging as well as crated dogs. I am comfortable working with contained pets as well; chickens, other birds, snakes, tarantulas etc.

“Shana was fantastic! She took great care of our dogs and house while keeping us updated the whole time. Our pups were happy when we got back. Highly recommend Shana – 5 stars across the board!”

“Mandy did such a wonderful job taking care of Brownie while we were out of town. It was Brownie’s first stay as an only dog as his sister recently passed the rainbow bridge so we were nervous about leaving him for so many days but Mandy eased the worry. About: Life long animal lover. Cat owner since Elementary school. Currently have 3. All different breeds. I have experience with dogs too as I used to have 2 Labs. I often dog sit for my friends on weekends so figured I'd give this a go as well. Love meeting new pets I have lots of free time on the weekends and love going on walks whether its hot or cold. Most evenings in my work week are free. Pretty flexible if there are some pop up opportunities. I just love hanging out with animals in my free time. Cat wise: I am very careful to not let any cats out of the house. I know some can be escape artists. Lots of practice there. I will sit patiently for more timid cats to warm up to me. I typically won't pick them up at first or pet their bellies. I usually get my friends cats to warm up to me quickly and get them playing soon enough. Will cater to the cats that like drinking from the faucet too. Dog wise: I am ready to meet their energy and go on some fun walks. Will even be down to jog with them if they have a lot of energy. I'm cautious about food allergies so I will make sure I only give treats that are allowed and be patient to make sure they go to the bathroom during our visit. They will get all the pets they need!

“Jessica was fantastic with our old dogs. She communicated so much with us before and during her visit with them and was very respectful of our home and the needs for the dogs. Thank you SO much!!”

About: Just trying to offer affordable care for pets, while I usually work from home I've been caring for pets all my life and know the importance of a loving home. I've had pet dogs, cats, birds, fish, bunnies, and I know the attention they require. I work from home and I have great space to dedicate to visitors. The neighborhood is great for walks to a number of parks within just blocks Indoor space just for pets is ample, I have a great yard, and I am close to parks. Your pets will get the attention they need, inside or out, depending on your preferences.

About: I’ve had all kinds of pets, including dogs, cats, lizards, hamsters, and more. I’m not allowed to have any pets where I live now, so I have endless patience for everyone else’s pets. I miss having animals in my life so I’m grateful for the chance to keep your pets happy while you’re away! My schedule is very flexible. I work from home so I can go to clients’ homes and stay with pets for a couple hours or stop by a few times a day. I’m also available most weekends. I’m unable to care for pets in my home but at clients’ homes I plan to follow all their rules and spend as much time playing outside with dogs and playing inside with other animals as possible.

Alyssa M.
“Alyssa lives in my apartment complex and I met her through Ada, the dog she is fostering. Ada was on her leash, about 15 feet away, begging for my attention so I asked if I could pet her. Alyssa said yes and explained that Ada is hyper-reactive, but I still thought she was an adorable dog. After talking with Alyssa over the last few months and having Ada stay at my apartment a few times, I could see how well Alyssa cared for her and trained her. Ada behaves so much better on the leash now, you almost wouldn't even notice her walking by you on the sidewalk. Alyssa even wrote detailed instructions on shampooing Ada's feet hahaha”

Jordan R.
“Having observed Jordan interact with my dog on numerous occasions, I feel comfortable giving an enthusiastic and wholehearted recommendation for her performance as a responsible and loving dog caregiver. When spending time with my dog, Jordan is constantly patient and gentle with him, while still maintaining a good sense of order and discipline with him. Each time Jordan walks in the door, my dog immediately perks up and runs to greet her. When Jordan is in the house, my dog is never more than a step away from her. Knowing what I have seen in Jordan's interactions with my dog, and knowing that dog's are the best judge of character, I am happy to recommend Jordan as an excellent source of dog care.”
