Pet Care Routine I work Tuesday - Thursday from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., so pets in my care are typically alone during those hours unless I work remotely. I also help keep the home tidy by cleaning up after pets, bringing in mail or packages if requested, watering plants, and ensuring the home remains secure. If caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment where pets receive regular feeding, supervised exercise and playtime, plenty of attention, comfortable rest areas, and frequent potty breaks. I carefully monitor their health and behavior and communicate with owners through regular updates and photos so they know their pets are happy, comfortable, and well cared for. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and as comfortable as possible while their family is away. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
