“Lily was a blessing for our family!! This was the very 1st time we have used rover. We ended up adopting a dog 2 weeks before a preplanned vacation. Lily was so patient and understanding with us as we had very little information about our new family member when we booked with her. We were able to leave her with notes on training our new dog had and we gave her the ability to address and immediate concerns with positive training as she saw fit to help her week go smoothly. Lily was able to help bridge the gap with consistent training while we were gone to ensure we didn’t lose precious training time. She was also able to pivot and help address any behavioral issues or quirks that arose that we were unaware of. She even sent us videos and a great description of how she addressed them. She sent updates everyday and didn’t hesitate to reach out with questions. She put away our grocery order before we arrived and made sure to have the house cleaned up and even washed the towels I left out for her. We definitely will be booking with her again.”

“Jenn stayed at our house for a weekend away. One of our dogs recently went blind and we felt in-home care was our only option. Jenn didn't seem concerned about managing our blind dog, senior greyhound, and cat. I appreciated that she came out twice to the house to meet us and talk through our routine. I was also impressed that she read up a bit on greyhounds since Leo was the first greyhound she watched. She was great about communicating her schedule and sending us pictures. We would definitely try to schedule with Jenn again.”

“We have a 4 year old terrier mix, a Dachshund and an Boxer who are both 8, and a 12-year old Chihuahua-Dachshund mix who is very nervous and afraid of just about everyone but myself and my husband. We've not been comfortable boarding them for a few years now, so have not really been able to go away overnight unless a close friend or family member was available to sit with them. That's all changed now, thanks to Jeremy! A friend had recommended Rover.com, so we read through hundreds of reviews for dozens of sitters, and Jeremy sounded like the best fit. We booked a couple of house visits and then an overnight house-sitting. He was great in general, and absolutely amazing with our little frightened girl. He was so patient and made extra effort to make her feel comfortable around him, and in no time she had warmed to him more than she has with most of the family members she's had contact with for years! Jeremy sent frequent texts and photos while we were away so we could see just how they were all getting along. We were comfortable we'd left our babies in good hands, and were actually able to relax and enjoy our time away. We will definitely be booking with Jeremy again in the future! Thank you, Jeremy!”

For her stay she texted me right when she got there, so I wouldn't worry. She sent picture updates after evening and morning routines (both my dogs get medication). She went above and beyond. My dog gets terrified and stressed during thunderstorms. There was one while she was there, so she sat in the bathroom with him in the middle of the night! She left the place clean and tidy. She put my worries to rest and was excellent in every way. I highly recommend Brynne!!”
