About: I’m a dedicated dog mom who treats every dog like my own. I provide personalized care, follow routines closely, and send regular updates. My home is a safe, loving environment, and my friendly miniature poodle, Knox, enjoys making new dog friends. 🐾❤️ Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine as a dog mom myself. I work during the day, but I’m able to come home and check on pups throughout the day. Evenings and weekends are when I have the most availability for walks, playtime, cuddles, and one-on-one attention. I make sure every dog gets plenty of care, exercise, and companionship while they’re with me. In my home, dogs are treated like part of the family. I have a backyard where they can safely run and play, and I can easily accommodate crate-trained dogs if needed. My miniature poodle, Knox, is friendly and enjoys having dog friends to play with and keep him company. We stay active with multiple walks throughout the day, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I do my best to follow each dog’s normal routine so they feel comfortable, safe, and right at home during their stay.

About: My name is Ivette and I currently study at Case. My husband is a USPS mail carrier and I work from home. Currently, I have one dog and two rescue cats🐾. During the pandemic, I spent a significant amount of time with my pets indoors where I had the opportunity to take care of two litters that my dogs had. I learned many skills during that time. With age, my dog became a senior dog and had to take oral medication so I am used to giving oral/topical medication to pets. I have been living in the Cleveland area since 2019 but I am originally from Texas. My current home has a fenced back yard and a good route for walks. When I dropped off our dog there was an introduction to the other pets in her home so our pup could get acclimated. Ivette was so incredible with my senior dog! She updated me about how he was doing including potty breaks, meals, and medications. He has special needs and she was very accommodating for all of my requests and went above and beyond with making him at home and comfortable. We appreciate that she was very helpful and flexible with some changes to our itinerary. Eich was very happy when we picked him up! I'm a very anxious pet parent and am always nervous leaving Eich but felt very comfortable that he was well taken care of. We highly recommend Ivette!
Tove & Gerry are the best. Our 10 year old Golden Doodle Marley had only been boarded once in her life. From the first minute that she walked into their home Marley was comfortable. They took great care of her, sent updates and pictures and cared for her like she was their own. Tove even slept with Marley one night when her tummy wasn’t feeling great. You couldn’t ask for two more wonderful people to watch your little one.
Jenna took excellent care of Kaya while my husband and I were away for a week. Jenna sent regular updates on how Kaya was doing, her eating, and her walks (she graciously took her for 3 per day), and sent plenty of pictures! We don’t leave Kaya with a sitter often, but I can honestly say we were not worried about Kaya at all while we were away as we had complete peace of mind that she was comfortable, happy, and well taken care of with Jenna who communicated with us regularly. Kaya can be nervous around other dogs/animals and Jenna was very attentive to her needs. Jenna was also super flexible when our plane home delayed pick up upon arriving home. Couldn’t be more appreciative of her love and care for Kaya!
