I am an elementary school teacher in Hanover County during the school year! I am fully open during the summer to care for your pets during the day. I treat them like my own! Growing up around pets gave me a natural love for animals, and over the years I’ve helped care for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and personalities. “We missed our dogs terribly while away on vacation, but never once were we worried about how they were at home. Carson kept us updated with daily pictures or notes about how they were doing. It was clear how much they immediately took to him and how happy they were with him around. And on top of that, he took some incredible action shots of our dog flipping for the frisbee, which he threw for her each day the sun was shining. We are extremely grateful for the wonderful care Carson gave our dogs and the peace of mind he gave us while traveling. Absolutely recommend him and will hopefully work with him again in the future!”

About: I’ve taken care of neighborhood dogs for a few years looking to get more clients through the app. I have a genuine love for dogs of all sizes and kinds.I especially love playing with dogs so energetic dogs are not a problem at all I am currently working weekday mornings until 11 am but any time after that or on the weekends your pets are my number one priority. Upon arrival I will make sure all dogs have water food if requested by owner. Play with the dog outside or walk for a little while.

About: As an animal lovers, I promise to treat your pet like my own. They’ll be in good hands with me for the duration of their stay. My dog has a strict routine as I believe taking care of pers works better with a specific schedule. He wakes up, gets fed, gets taken out, is given treats, among everything else at the same time. Every day. I work from home and that makes it easy to adjust our schedule. My dog gets taken out early in the morning and fed. After he then gets taken back out later that morning. In addition, we spend some time outside in the afternoon during lunch. In the evening, he’s fed and taken back out for a bit. Later at night, he’s taken out once more and given a dental treat before bed time.

I’m attentive to changes in behavior, energy, or appetite and communicate clearly with pet owners so they feel informed and at ease. I adjust my care based on each pet, whether that means slower, sniff-friendly walks for senior dogs, gentle play for dogs who enjoy engagement, or quiet companionship for pets who prefer space. I keep homes clean, maintain litter boxes or feeding areas, and make sure pets feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for while their people are away.
