About: People that know me best would tell you I'm the person at a party who's hanging with the family dog. I've had dogs for as long as I can remember and currently have two fur babies (Nala and Kovu). I work from home full time & have a flexible schedule, reliable transportation and a desire to help others give their pets more schedule freedom. I own two large breed dogs and care for a family members GSD regularly as well. I am well versed in dog breeds big and small.
About: I've cared for not only my own pets but I've been pet sitting for friends, family and neighbors since I was about 12yrs old. I currently care for my own dogs, fish, and several reptiles. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
