About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. (my soul dog’s ashes are in my paw tattoo 🐾🩷) I grew up with Rottweilers and currently have two of my own, Gino & Haus, they're my whole world! I also have a handful of kitties🥰 My passion for animal care goes back as far as I can remember. From baby videos of me crawling on my dog and giving him a big hug & kiss, to completing a veterinary training class in 10th grade, where I learned the basics of animal health and handling! There even was one time I rescued two dogs on the side of the highway who had dug out of their backyard!! I now have about 3.5 years of hands-on experience working with animals, including two years at doggy daycares, where I've cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I treat every pet like they're my own and I always try my best to give them a safe, loving, reliable person they can trust just as much as they trust you, no matter how long it takes them to warm up to me. Working with animals is more than just a job to me—it's what I love, and I plan to make it my lifelong career. If your pet ends up having as much fun as I do while watching them, please describe their experience in a review! it would mean the world to me and help me spread my word and my love for animals 🫶 I work at a doggy daycare with a flexible schedule, so my availability varies from week to week. I am almost always able to stay overnight for house sitting, and depending on my work schedule, I can spend all day, all morning, or all afternoon and evening with your baby. I always try to spend as much time as I can with your baby. (leaving work is as hard as you can imagine) My most common shift is 1:00 PM–7:00 PM, though I can also work morning, afternoon, and split shifts, though the weekday morning shifts are extremely rare. My weekday shifts are never longer than 6.5 hours, and the only time I may be away for up to 10 hours is on the occasional Saturday when I'm scheduled for a longer shift. On Sundays, I usually work split shifts, which means I'm able to come home and spend about 2½ hours with your pet between work periods. If it's a good fit for your baby and you're comfortable with it (and comfortable paying for it😅), I'd also be happy to talk about bringing them with me to my work so they can enjoy extra socialization, enrichment, and attention, while never leaving my side! I'm committed to keeping your babies routine as normal as possible and will always communicate my schedule ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect!! Your babies safety, happiness, and well-being are always my top priority. I love to take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and other special needs so they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away, as if you haven’t even left! I am experienced in administering medications, following food schedules, and providing extremely gentle and personal care. Walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays, I'll always make sure your baby gets plenty of exercise, attention, playtime, and affection (and making sure they know it!!) while I keep their routine as normal and consistent as I possibly can! I treat every pet as if they were my own, and pay close attention to their behavior so I can quickly notice and respond accordingly with any changes or concerns. You will also always get regular updates and photos about how they were and their day!

Both of my sons are adults now so I have free time to focus my attention on your baby. Your baby will have my undivided attention. My property is fenced and I will accompany your baby outdoors. I currently offer drop-in visits and dog walking, and I’m happy to do walks as long as weather conditions are safe. I do not offer overnight care. My schedule is consistent, and I’m careful to only accept bookings I can reliably and comfortably accommodate. All care takes place in the client’s home—I do not offer boarding, daycare, or in-home care at my residence. I follow written care instructions exactly and prioritize maintaining each pet’s normal routine to reduce stress. For transparency, I occasionally bring my toddler with me on drop-in visits; for safety, pets and child are always kept separate, with no direct interaction. I do not introduce client pets to other people or animals. During each visit, I complete basic safety checks such as ensuring doors are secure, food and water needs are met, litter boxes or potty routines are handled, and the overall environment feels calm and safe. I communicate promptly if anything seems out of the ordinary and always provide updates so pet parents can feel confident their pets are well cared for.

My own adopted fur family has taught me patience, communication, and how to meet each pet where they are. Whether it’s a walk, a brush, or a belly rub, I focus on keeping pets active, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. I treat every animal like they’re my own — because that’s what they deserve. Got an odd schedule? I’ve got you! Life gets messy — last-minute trips, half-day errands, or just a few hours away. That’s where I come in. My availability shifts week to week, but that makes me the perfect fit for one-off needs, unusual timeframes, or gaps others can’t cover. If our calendars line up, I’ll gladly stop by for a walk, visit, or check-in. Flexible, caring, and here when you need me most -so long as our schedules sync up! I'd be happy to chat and determine if our availability works for what you are looking for, or if you'd prefer to keep as a last resort when plans fall through! I keep pets active, safe, and engaged. If there’s a fenced yard and the weather’s right, we’ll enjoy time outside. I’m also happy to take pets to local parks or trails (with your permission, of course). Toys, leashes, and other gear should be provided, but I’m open to arrangements if you need support with supplies. My goal is always to respect your pet’s routine while keeping them happy and secure in familiar or safe surroundings.

Growing up I had the opportunity to raise a litter of kittens. I would cat-sit for my Aunt and Uncle in their home who always had 2 cats at a time and usually left for multiple nights at a time, I so enjoyed watching their kitties; many of whom required medication or specialized diets. I’ve also dog-sat for my Brother and SIL who have 2 large dogs, currently Dobermans and would require in home care as well. My husband and I currently have 2 large dogs at home as well as 4 freshwater aquariums and turtles as pets. I’ve had pets my entire life from dogs & cats to parakeets & fish, a tree frog, small animals and many others. If you know me, you know that I love nearly all animals….there are a few that will creep me out! I’ve decided to try to make a side gig out of that love for a little extra cash, that is before/ after/ around my off hours around my M-F 8a-5p job. I cannot board dogs or cats in my home but I am happy to travel to your home (where they are more comfortable and content) to tend to their needs and provide care. I have a clean driving record and clean background check I work 830a-430p Monday through Friday so on Weekdays I’m available for early morning potty break and feedings, possible mid day within 5 mile radius of zipcode 15108, evening potty breaks and feedings, walks, etc. House sitting service is available.
