About: My home is located in south venice with a secure fenced in yard. I adopted a little girl Ellie who is 6 yrs old and a mix of datsun/?. She loves everyone and everyone loves her. My 2 kitties are both females and reaching ole age of 15 yrs. Golden G stands for the Golden Girls!!! But we luv boy doggies too. I pet sit for my neighbors and they are the ones who suggested I offer my services out. They will be my best references. I cared for fish, hamsters, bunny's and even pet chickens. Luv them all. Can't watch animal kingdom, even though its nature, breaks my heart. I love furry babies and could not even imagine life without them. Luv luv 💓

For now, we have found a cute mini farm of about 3 acres in the Englewood area to rent while we're looking. • Dear Rover Clients:  We are going to provide limited pickup & drop-off services as a courtesy for our Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto, and Bradenton area clients. We can either pick up your pup at your house or meet together at the Bob Evans on Fruitville Rd across from the Lowe's in order to save you a drive. If you're headed south on I-75 for your trip, then we can arrange a meeting place down this way as well, if that works. • Your pup is absolutely welcome here and will obviously receive great care and lots of love while staying with us.   PS: With an astounding 630+ stays booked, our availability goes fast. 😊 Please book early, if possible. Scott and I truly enjoy taking care of them. We have also successfully rescued many animals over the years ranging from dogs to horses. I work my own schedule as a BSN RN so I'm very open with availability during the week and weekend. My husband is also available and helps with our pet guests. We live on 3 acres with several large fenced areas for pets to play. We're with the pets through the day and always provide regular potty breaks. Our property has several areas for play for dogs with great recall, fenced areas for dogs without good recall, and secure fencing surrounding our 3 acre property for safety. There are lots of access to automatic doggie water fountains inside and out. When our pet guests aren't outside playing (always supervised), they stay and sleep indoors which is especially important here in Florida. ✓ AVAILABILITY We're very open with availability during the week and on weekends and we're normally both at home! We schedule by appointment but we'll accept same day requests if we're available. ✓ DAYCARE STAYS For Daycare stays, we are available by appointment only between 8:30am - 5:30pm for drop-off and pickup times. If you need dropoff or pickup times outside those hours, please discuss your needs with us. About: Pets have been part of my life since I was born and I couldn’t imagine my life without one. We’ve had dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, hamsters, birds, fish and even turtles. I’ve adopted all of my dogs, some with health problems. I also adopted a 9 year old senior that was with me for 7 years. I had a dog with diabetes and Cushing's disease which involved shots at meal times, many pills and a special diet. So I don’t shy away from dogs with medical issues or who are up in age. I have found great people for my fur babies through Rover and look forward to caring for yours so you have peace of mind. I do not work outside of the home so I am very flexible with my schedule. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat so after I have finished their morning routine, I start with clients. I never take a dog out of the front door unless they are on a leash prior to the door opening. If you have a fenced yard, I check to make sure any gates are locked and the yard is clear of any obstacles or wildlife before letting them out.

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Lived in rural Nebraska as a child and had dogs, cats, hamsters, etc. Love them all. Animals are a special gift and should be loved, nurtured, and protected at all times. They are part of our family. I am semi-retired. I have the time and availibility to be felxible. I am open to drops ins but only at your house. I am willing to do some overnights on a case by case basis. Please talk to me first before booking anything. I believe our pets are part of our family. I enjoy just spending time with them. I love taking our dogs for walks or even just to hang out and cuddle.
