About: I have owned dogs and cats since 1985 and was on a K9 Search and Rescue team for 18+ years so I have worked with all types of dogs and have a lot of experience with training. I currently work outside the home M-F 9-5 but can work from home upon request. Weekends I am home the majority of the time and spend most of my time hanging out with my own dogs (two labs) I have hosted a variety of dogs in my home including corgis, labs, goldens, frenchies, pitties, mals, and other assorted breeds. I treat everyone's pets just like my own - lots of treats, snuggles, couch naps, and of course sleeping on the bed if they want. Both of my labs are extremely friendly and love pretty much all dogs, but I do have experience sitting some dogs who preferred to be separate from my boys via either baby gates or kennels (depending on what the dog is comfortable with). I have a large fenced in backyard and a smaller fenced in front yard. The backyard has a doggie door that allows the dogs to go in and out at will, although when I am not home, I do not give any dogs access to the yard (even my own dogs as a safety issue).

About: I have extensive experience with animals of all sorts. I grew up with English mastiff dogs, then became a husky lover later on in life. I've owned sheep, goats, cows, horses, chickens, dogs, cats and much more. I grew up on a mini farm and we always had different animals who were raised with lots of love and care. I'm looking to replace one of my part time jobs with taking care of your awesome pets! I will only accept clients if I have the time to give your pets the best care. I am great at following your most detailed instructions for your home. At this time I cannot care for pets in my home because I am not set up for that but will be in the future.

My goal is to make them feel at home and keep their routine as normal as possible I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give plenty of attention, potty breaks, exercise, and lots of love throughout their stay! I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like my own. I’m a college student with classes during the day and am typically available after 6 PM on weekdays. A couple of times a month I do have a brief evening lab, but I always communicate in advance to ensure your pet’s routine is never disrupted. I care for pets by following their routine as closely as possible. If I need to leave my house it is no more than 20mins and I will notify you if wished. I have a medium size fenced in back yard which has plenty of playing space. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
