Genniver was amazing! Not only was she quick to respond to our request, but she was professional and respectful! We’d never used Rover before, so we were a little nervous about leaving our cat (who had recently had surgery) while we left town. Having Genniver completely put us at ease. Not only did she come over to meet him, but she walked us through how the Rover process worked! That way we knew exactly what we’d be looking at when she came by for her drops. Each time she came over she sent a multitude of photos and videos that eased our minds. She is a wonderful sitter who has a true love for animals! We will definitely ask her for her services again.
Jennifer was great! Our dog Fury seemed to enjoy his time with her, provided by the pictures she sent during every check-in (we actually got some pretty precious pictures too). She sent little notes and updates about what he did and his eating habits to ease our worries while we were gone. Highly recommend!
Madison was excellent! She went above and beyond to provide exceptional care for my fur babies! She was very attentive to their needs and always kept me updated! We were looking to board our dogs but the expense was above our budget and because our three pups can be a handful sometimes and are not very sociable boarding was out. Someone told me to check out Rover for a house sitter to watch our dogs in our house. We were skeptical at first because we never heard of Rover and house sitting dogs. Anyway I searched the adds on Rover and found Julie, she had lots of 5 star reviews, many return customers and lived somewhat close to us. I got in contact with her and she stopped by to say hello and set up an hour to meet and greet our dogs. She was right on time and very confident she would have no problems with our dogs, turns out she was right. She handled our dogs like the seasoned professional she is, it was very impressive. we're very thankful to find her and I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for an alternative to boarding, we intend on using her many times in the future
