“We live in MPLS, but have a cabin in Ely. Occasionally we need help with our Goldendoodle. We reached out to Betsy. She was incredibly thorough during our first call/contact - shared about her background/experience, took time to get to know us and most importantly, asked lots of questions about Wynnie, our dog. During the initial visit, she took time to get to know Wynnie and ensure this was a good fit - both ways. Betsy has such a lovely, calm energy. Wynnie absolutely loved her - snuggled and felt comfortable. At the time of Betsy’s first day with Wynnie, I received photos and an update on how things went. We 💯 recommend Betsy. We can’t wait to have her back!”

About: I worked with shelter dogs for 2 years, mostly walking and taking care of sick dogs. I’ve met really wonderful people on Rover who have taken care of my dog and now I want to do the same for others. I work 8 hour shifts on weekday evenings, so I have the entire morning and early afternoon to walk dogs and check in on your fur-baby (cats and other animals included). My schedule works perfectly for “normal” 9-5 jobs. If you have atypical schedule, I’ll try to work with you! I can play with your fur baby in your yard or if your doggie likes to rest, we can watch YouTube videos together on the couch. I will be getting a fenced in yard this spring (currently unfenced) and I have a high energy doggie companion to keep your pup entertained.

“You would be lucky to have Tove care for your pet(s)! Tove has a long history of caring for animals and understands what is required to make sure they are safe and happy. She will make your pet "smile" and wag! Tove goes above and beyond the minimum needed to feed and water a pet. She will love on the pet and make sure that she leaves the pet happier than when she arrived! Tove stayed in our home when we had to travel out of town and cared for our cats and our elderly dog who was having a hard time walking. She kept us notified on their status and sent photos and updates. She is smart and was able to get our dog in and out of the home in the snow without issue and kept him eating and comfortable. She also kept our home clean, safe and secure. I would not hesitate to hire Tove again! She's fantastic and animals love her.”
