“Mary did an excellent job with my dog Sophie. She had to go pick up some medication at the Vet Clinic that came in after I left town & she had noticed some diarrhea so she contacted me to find out what to do. She gave her medication for that & one of the windows leaked water in my house & she took a photo & texted it to me so I could contact the window guy to come caulk the window. She took Sophie on nice walks & just really bonded well with her. I highly recommend Mary to care for any pet. She has a huge heart for animals!”

About: I’ve been taking care of family and friends furry babies for a few years now, and absolutely love it! I love all animals, but big dogs will always have their special place in my heart🥰 I work full time at a surgery center M-F, but I’m home by 3pm everyday! By the time I get home from work, the fur babies are well rested and ready to play! My older sister has a pit bull with high anxiety, who requires a daily dose of oral medication. I frequently house/dog sit for her, so I am well versed in giving animals their proper dosages, medications and following timelines. For my clients, I follow every pet parents guidelines when it comes to their babies, because I know that you know what’s best for them!!

She asked many thorough questions and took faithful notes about our pups many needed medications, special diet, health conditions and outdoor routines. We could tell how important it was to her that our dogs receive the right amount of attention and the least possible disruption during our absence. Because our dogs are seniors and may react if left alone for too long, she cheerfully arranged her schedule to stay throughout the day and overnight. Colleen also asked about our home, any expected visitors, watering of plants, how we wanted the mail and packages handled, along with any areas the pups were not allowed. She made sure she had our vet's information, along with a nearby neighbor she could call if needed. Colleen also sent many pictures and videos so we could see for ourselves that they were having a good time and in good hands. Her professionalism gave us the confidence and comfort level to enjoy our time away from home. As a welcome bonus, linens were washed, dried and dishwasher had been run.
