“Justus did an AMAZING job of watching my 1year old German Shepherd, Violet! She was there for 3 days and she sent tons of photos and updates so I didn't have to worry. She played with her a lot, left my house spotless and was respectful of everything there. I know Violet will love having her back next time I have to go out of town with her. Lastly, if she can handle my puppy and her energy for 3 days.. she can handle anything!”

About: I have owned puppies, adopted pets, as well as taken care of seniors. I have experience with cats, dogs, hamsters, and fish. I am open to birds and reptiles as well. I have taken care of dogs on our property for the last few years, but prefer to take care of animals in their own environment. I am currently teaching full-time, so can work on weekends. Then from June-mid August I have full week availability. I do not require much notice, as I am fairly flexible. I prefer to take care of animals in their own environment. This keeps their stress down, during the time you are gone. I am very careful to follow all instructions and will always ask first if something requires clarity.

About: I have been taking care of dogs of all sizes and cats for 5 years now. I have worked with dogs that have many triggers and also have experience with puppies. I am currently a student at Iowa State. I don’t have too many classes so my schedule is pretty open! I will have plenty of time to play with and hangout with your pups! I am not able to watch pets outside of your home as I live in an apartment that does not allow pets but if you need me to stay with your pets, I will respect all of your rules for your pets and your house.

About: I am a stay at home dog , mom with a flexible schedule. I first learned by helping my grandfather and stepdad, who were coon dog hauler. I cleaned the kennels, fed dogs, and learned how to read behavior from a young age. As an adult, I’ve worked with reactive and nervous dogs, including a foster dog with aggression who taught me a lot about triggers, stress, and safe handling. I live in a duplex that feels like a house, not a basic apartment. Dogs have plenty of room to relax and explore, plus a calm environment where they can settle in. I have experience with reptiles as I have had three iguanas and a bearded dragon when I was Younger. My first emotional support animal was a lion head Rabbit. I have knowledge and experience working With cats. My mother had two rag doll , cats and a mainecoon that I used to care for. I believe every dog needs time for sniffing and exploring the world. Therefore, I take my time on walks and let them be dogs! Safe handling for reactive or anxious dogs. A calm, patient environment with structure I personalize each stay based on your dog’s needs so they feel safe, happy. I am currently home most mornings and afternoons. which keeps my schedule flexible day-to-day. Because of that, I’m able to work around most timing needs — early mornings are best on the weekends. Late afternoons, evenings, and overnight care when needed. If anything in my life changes (like school) I have a 5 year old springer doodle Who is my best friend. He gets along well with most dogs. I definitely have to do meet and greets beforehand. I have plenty of time for walks and Drop in visits. I would love to play with your pups and spend quality time with them. About: I've had animals since forever and I have worked with grooming and bathing as well as boarding dogs in the past. I love every kind and will care for them with extra love. During the summer, right now, I am available during both the week days and the weekends. I work another job from 8-2pm so the afternoons work best for me. I will follow your rules or instructions on how you would like your animal(s) to be treated and when or how often you would like them let out if necessary and will treat them all with love.
