“I have known Laura for over 19 years and she loves dogs and cats maybe more than anyone I have ever met! She has owned many of her own, and they have been cared for like children. She has also fostered and boarded many dogs in the past many years. I would trust Laura with my dogs with complete confidence and reassurance!”
2. Arimathea C.
About: Hello, my name is Andy and I have always had a passion for taking care of cats and dogs. I am starting Rover with the intention of getting into the welding trade this coming Fall. I enjoy taking care of pets all shapes and sizes, though I will admit cats are definitely on my list of favorite. I have experience in administering medications and have no issue with providing special accommodations if needed. We have a fenced backyard, plenty of room to run around and there is always someone home. If needed I can also come to your home to provide walking services for your furry friend or just to check in on them while you’re out. Please reach out to me for any questions or concerns, I would love to help. Currently my schedule is opened throughout the week but as things change in the fall for welding I will update my schedule and calendar as needed! Fenced in backyard, plenty of attention, potty breaks on demand, personalized one on one time in needed. I also provide updates on a daily basis.
3. Suzanna P.
“Suzanna was fabulous with our boy Bear! She took him out for walks ,kept us informed and treated him like he was part of her family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!”
4. Fran K.
“Fran and family did a great job watching my 2 pups. I was so nervous to have her watch our newest dog (it was his first time being watched by someone else) as he's a rescue and takes him awhile to warm up to other people and dogs but she did great handling them both and integrating them in with her dogs and family. Both dogs napped all the way home and were very happy. We're already planning on using Fran again. It is such a relief to know that I have a good place locally to leave my pets when needed.”
5. Leah & Christopher K.
“Leah has been a great dog sitter. She has watched our dog several times, and she always loves having him. She and her family treat him like one of the family.”
6. Rachael & Austin H.
“Thanks Rachael ♥️ Austin for the daycare for Zeke 🐾 Rufus. They seemed quite relaxed when we picked them up which means they were quite comfortable in your home. Enjoyed the amazing pics you took and shared during their day. Also thanks to sweet Koda for being so sweet to our boys. See ya for our sleepover in April!! Blessings 🙏🏼”
7. Darian M.
“Darian is a very loving person and I was overwhelmed by the way my dogs (3) took to her. My MinPin who can be a bit stand offish has made best friends with Darian. The dogs love to go to her house and run to get their harnesses on. They are exhausted when I pick them up and almost always fall asleep in the car. I would recommend anyone in the area choose Darian as their dog sitter, over the top experience.”
8. Cori M.
“This was our first time using Rover and were unsure of what to expect. But, Ms. Cori made the experience really comforting with communicating through out the day and sending pictures. Kingsly had an amazing time and is looking forward to spending more time with Ms. Cori and her family.”
9. Tanine D.
“We trusted that our dog was in good care from the start! We were very appreciative of the scheduling flexibility!”
10. Michelle A.
“Michelle made me fill at ease leaving my fur baby!”
11. Jordann A.
“Jordann was absolutely wonderful! Beau had a blast with her and discovered a new favorite toy. She did a great job of providing updates on my anxious boy and when she brought him out for me to pick him up, he went back to her to say bye!! We will definitely be bringing him back to Jordann. Highly recommend!”

15. Amber H.
“We are so thankful for Amber! As a first time Rover user, I was nervous that I would have a hard time finding someone who I could trust but then I found Amber. You can tell she is a dog lover and just a great person right away. Knowing my baby was being cared for by Amber put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond and even sent us updates and photos while he was in her care. I couldn’t be happier that I found her! If you need a sitter, look nowhere else!”

About: I am an avid dog & cat owner & have a furmily of dogs & cats of my own :) My passion for dogs & cats stems from volunteering with rescue organizations and fostering. I have the biggest heart for pups & kitties who are seniors, have special needs, and ones who are overlooked in shelters for being "old" or "plain" or "scared" or "too hyper". Aside from fostering many dogs and cats of all ages and sizes, I am always first to watch my friends' & familys' pets. I am very down to earth and most pets sense that about me and are naturally drawn to me. I truly enjoy showering pets with attention, love & affection :) I have experience in teaching basic obedience skills and have worked with a variety of different dog & cat personalities. I am willing to work with quirks/challenges/special accommodations, etc. If your dog/kitty stays at my home they will have all of my attention and I will make sure they are safe, comfortable and relaxed. I have plenty of room if your pup prefers just interacting with humans and enough room to also keep my kitties completely separate. I have a huge backyard with a 7 foot tall commercial grade micro chain link fence, secured gate, & video surveillance throughout the property. My tiny community is on a private street with little traffic. Its a very peaceful setting for pets. If I am coming to your home to take care of your pets I will treat your home and your pets like they are mine. I am very diligent, tidy, and will make sure all safety measures are taken to ensure your pets are spoiled and safe while you are away. I can accommodate any special services you need such as bringing your pet to the vet or cleaning / overhauling litter boxes (I am a pro at this!) :) I will even pick up pet supplies for you and deliver if needed. Whatever I can do to make your pets and your life easier is what I will do. I am available most of the time to care for your pets. I rarely go out of town but that would be the only reason I am not available. I follow care instructions precisely and ensure your pet is kept safe while receiving lots of attention and exceptional care. I will make sure to contact you with any questions or concerns and send LOTs of photos of your pet's time with me.

19. Christina C.
About: I grew up with dogs, cats, hamsters, and guinea pigs. I always made cakes and treats for my German Shepard's. Of course peanut butter and blueberries were his favorite. I live in a three bedroom home with a spacious yard on a quite side street. Your dog will be spoiled and have all the love they can handle when they are with me. I am currently working from home and have ample time for walks, play time, head scratches, and snuggles. I am available for long weekends as well. I will be able to crate your dog if needed. Your dog will have to be walked on a lead as I do not have a fenced in yard. There are no other pets or young children in the house.
20. Faina P.
About: I have had pets all my life. Right now I have a rescue dog from China and another dog I just adopted from the culpeper shelter! I have 2 cats as well. One of my cats is a tripod therefore needs extra attention. The other cat is an orange boy so you know he’s a handful. I am in between jobs so I have plenty of time watch your pup! My husband also works from home 2 days a week. NO CHILDREN in the home. I have a very large quiet yard to let your dog out to play (fenced in) . I have room to set up crates and food stations. Must be friendly towards other dogs and ok with being crated during bedtime.
