About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember and have been dog sitting for friends and family for most of it. I genuinely love getting to know each dog’s individual personality (and all their weird little quirks!). I also have quite a bit of hands-on experience beyond my own pets. From 2013–2015, I worked at the Humane Animal Welfare Society (HAWS), where I helped provide formal dog training classes and gained experience with dog behavior and positive training techniques. Over the past five years, I’ve also fostered dogs through New River Animal Rescue — everything from puppies to sweet seniors and dogs with very different personalities and needs. I currently have a 6-year-old rescue mutt of my own, and I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else’s care. I’m comfortable with puppies, seniors, reinforcing training and routines, or giving a more timid pup some extra patience. About: I have learned everything there is to know about small animal care in school and in practice. I love my four babies and I have pet sat for years ! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
