About: Hi! I am a very loving, caring, enthusiastic animal friend. I have been a pet mom myself for over 20 years, having had the pleasure of caring for dogs, cats, turtles, snakes, and birds. I worked as a veterinary assistant/pet nurse for almost 10 years, where I fulfilled all duties from surgery assistant to boarding kennel attendant. In addition, I have taken care of many animals in their homes for their owners. I can handle many 'extras,' including bathing, nail trims, gland expression, and I am willing and able to medicate pets, orally or through injection (in cases such as a diabetic pets). I consider myself to be a responsible (and fun!) caretaker. I will treat your pets the way I treat my own babies.

About: I have years of experience taking care of both dogs and cats, and with housesitting as well. I am able to help support animals who have health concerns, special needs, and anxiety. I can administer medication and give shots as well. I have a senior kitty and an adult age cat myself, so plenty of experience with senior care. And I have experience with dogs of all ages, including puppies and seniors. I am happy to work with any owner to accommodate their pets needs and make them feel comfortable while they are away. I am have nearly full availability the next couple of months, so please reach out and I should be able to accommodate any time frame. I will abide by all house and property rules for the animals safety which includes leashes, fences, walking paths. I am happy to work with owners on what they are most comfortable with. I do not bring pets inside my home as my cats are usually not friendly to that! But I am always happy to stay at others homes.

About: I've grown up around animals my whole life and not only do I take care of animals of my own I've taken care of friends' animals as well. I have experience working with animals of all ages and sizes as I currently have 9 year old Great Danes who I've helped raise since they were puppies. I have cared for rabbits, hamsters, and even frogs. With my dogs I have experience managing medications and special diets. I wake up every day with my Great Danes and hamster so daily pet care is just a part of what I do. I have a flexible schedule and am happy to take care of pets any day of the week. About: Although I’m new to Rover, I’ve had the opportunity to care for dogs through family and personal experience! I’ve pet sat for my brother’s four large dogs in his home, making sure they were fed, exercised, given plenty of attention, and kept on their normal routine while he was away. My sister recently adopted a puppy and I puppy sit him overnight every other weekend as well, I help potty train and with socializing him. When I’ve cared for my siblings’ dogs, they’ve slept in bed with me (if that’s what they’re used to), and I bring them with me whenever it’s appropriate so they’re rarely left alone. I can follow any directions given. I’m able to clean up after pets, crate them if necessary. I’m a very affectionate person so I love rubs and playing with pets if they’re comfortable! I do have my own fur baby who is clingy but he loves other pups! Just takes a minute to warm up to them.

Some of that work has been at a grooming salons and dog training/boarding facility. I have a lot of experience handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments. And love cats too! About: I've taken care of dogs my whole life! From little shi tzus to giant retrievers, excitable put bulls, and even large packs of dogs! Think yours are a handful? Try raising 12 Golden's at once! I've always been naturally good with dogs and I'm more than willing to work with the more stuborn ones so don't worry if your fur baby is a little standoffish. I am currently working another job so I'd prefer bookings to be at least 2 weeks in advance but if my schedule happens to be free I'm happy to take same week bookings as well! I do my best to keep dogs happy and active so they can wear themselves out for cuddle time and you get to come home to a peaceful pup!
