About: I have had a total of 3 dogs as siblings, since I was a baby. A chihuahua, black lab, and a German Shepard/Rottweiler mix. I turned from just a dog lover to also a cat lover when I got my son, Theo, as a kitten. He’s 2 now and a sweet, silly boy. There’s also 3 other cats where I live and they attach to me like Velcro. I’ve had a lot of experience with taking care of others people’s animals (mostly dogs and cats) while their owners were out of town. I’ve done drop-ins, as well as staying overnight at their homes. In total, I’ve taken care of over 30 people dogs and 15 cats. I fall in love with just about every dog and cat I see and I have always done a great job at taking care of them and showing them love. I continuously increase my experience in taking care of animals and I thoroughly enjoy it! I do have a 7 month old but I’m happy to do drop ins when I can. Depending on what day of the week and the time of day, I’d either take her with me or leave her home with her dad or grandma. I want them to feel 100% at home in any way i possibly can. About: I have worked at an animal hospital for 5 years total where I learned how to train dogs from Kathy Sadao who used to train the wales to relinquish the bombs for the Navy. My routine is very flexible which allows me to accommodate your pet’s routine. I have a 2 and a 7 year old Pekingese and enjoy playing fetch on the expansive grassy lawn. During cold and rainy days, we stay inside and play and relax. They both love to play with dogs of any age and size! However, I don’t take puppies that are yet too young to be vaccinated. This is for the protection of your puppy, as well as the dogs that are under my care. ***All dogs must be fully up to date on vaccinations and current on preventative care such as flea medication. A copy of current up to date vaccinations including Bordetella is a must with new clients.*** (Unfortunately, due to prior experiences, I do no accept Frenchies or pit bulls.) I have a huge heart for tiny dogs and seniors. Every pet has their unique personality and needs, and I have experience working with all kinds of dogs of all ages. Where do they typically sleep in their own home? How do they handle new environments, new people and multiple dogs?
