“Thank you for caring for our Baby! I even recommend you for a coworker since you guys were awesome! We appreciate your family for accommodating to us. We will for sure rebook soon!”

“We left our Chihuahua Jack Russell mix with Barbara for a whole long day while we came to town to attended a graduation. We were apprehensive about leaving our baby anywhere mostly because he can be kinda crazy lol but she instantly made us feel very comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. You can tell that she genuinely loves dogs and is very comfortable with them. Her home is very inviting and secure and just perfect for four-legged friends. There were two other "guests" there and I kind of felt like I was leaving him at a little doggy party. He seemed happy from the get-go so that made us happy to leave him there. She was also very flexible with our time to drop off and pick up. And very easy to communicate with sending us pictures throughout the day. Her rate was great too! I would highly recommend Barbara and we'll definitely use her again again if the need arises! Thanks for loving Henry for us yesterday Barbara!”

“Our experience with Paloma has been great!!!! She is super nice and sweet to my pup, Chloe. We are using her for two weekends in a row while we are visiting Tucson. I would recommend Paloma to anyone needing pet sitting in Tucson!”

“Our dog stayed with Sylvie for daycare. Sylvie sent us a video of Mindy being brushed and she was really enjoying the attention. She also sent additional pictures of Mindy being held and cuddled. Mindy was happy to see us but not in the least anxious. We are considering an overnight visit prior to the week-long boarding in November Sylvie really loves what she does. She has a great area dedicated to the pets' needs. Pets are not confined only to this area. Looking forward to going back.”

“Beth is incredibly flexible and communicative. Her home is filled with fun, adorable animals. The meet and greet went wonderfully, as she was welcoming and gave us a tour of her place. We're glad to have found her, especially since she's so close by.”

“Felt very safe leaving Zarina with her. She was very communicative and patient with me. As an out of towner my guesses of how long everything would take was a bit off. lol traffic! I will use her again!”

“Our Athena adores Gus! He has such a loving spirit & connects deeply with her & her care. He is friendly, professional, dependable, and a prompt communicator. We are extremely fortunate to have found him & not sure what we would do without him!”

“Angel is such a gifted pet sitter. She loves my miniature poodle like her own. She sends pictures, videos, and messages through my dog’s stay. She is also incredibly responsive any time I contact her. I know that my dog is well cared for when she is there. I would not have my dog stay anywhere else! Thank you Angel for all your love and care!”

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. For over 20 years, I’ve trained many dogs small and large including bully breeds, giving me hands-on experience with everything from playful puppies to strong, high-energy adults and gentle senior dogs. What makes me different from other sitters is that caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s how my family and I live every day. On our family farm, we have dogs of our own, along with sheep, chickens, cats, turtles, horses, and pigs. Managing and loving this many animals has taught me how to handle all personalities, safely introduce new pets, and keep everyone happy and stress-free. I’m comfortable with training reinforcement, senior pet care, and even administering medications when needed. When your furry friend stays with us, they’re not just looked after—they’re welcomed into a safe, loving home where animals are treated like family. Animals aren’t just part of my routine—they are my routine. Living on a farm with dogs, sheep, chickens, cats, turtles, horses, and pigs means caring for animals is how we start and end every day. Feeding, walking, playing, and checking in on each one is second nature. Because animals are already a full-time part of our life, adding your pet into our routine is seamless. Whether it’s early morning walks, midday playtime, or evening cuddles, your furry friend will get plenty of attention and love throughout the day. Our home sits on a beautiful 2-acre property right in the center of town, surrounded by large pine and eucalyptus trees that keep the property shaded and cool almost year-round. We’ve designed our farm to be safe and comfortable for pets of all kinds. There are secure, fenced areas where dogs can run and play freely, as well as plenty of quiet, shaded spots for resting outdoors. Inside, we have cozy, pet-friendly spaces for naps, snuggles, or crate time if that’s what your dog prefers. Because we live and work from home, your pets will have near-constant companionship and care. Our own dogs are friendly and social, and we carefully manage introductions to make sure every guest feels safe, relaxed, and loved.

“We are so grateful to have such a fun and safe to leave Winnie when we are in Tucson. Adrian and Sophie are just the best. Winnie is always happy to go to their home which says a lot. Thanks again!!”

“Fox had a blast with Stephanie and Didace! She still has lots of training to do as a newly rescued pup, but Didace took the time to let me know how she did and how he implements training when I picked her up. They sent tons of pics, and it’s clear she had a wonderful day :)”

About: When I moved into my house in 2018, one of my first priorities was to get a dog. Recently, Addie, who spent the past 7 years with me, had to be put down unexpectedly. I miss her a ton, and I would love to open my home to another dog (the yard just calls out for it), but I am unable to adopt at the moment for logistical/financial reasons. I would love for your pets and I to keep each other company while I work from home during the day! I am a diligent and reliable person who works remotely as a paralegal, so I always need excuses (whether walks, play, food, snuggles, or just potty breaks) to get up from my desk and move at intervals throughout the work day. I love animals of all kinds - in addition to my own dog, I can submit my friends' pets as references (Mildred the cat likes me better than her owner's wife, and Maggie the dog is obsessed with me while spurning every other friend her owners have). I'm also a birdwatcher and a huge fan of all the wildlife in my yard, from bunnies to lizards. My dog training and medical/senior pet care skills are limited, but I am open to learning and strongly attentive to detail - I will be sure to give your pet what they need. I work from home during the week, with approximate hours of 7 am - 4 pm M-F. On Tuesdays I have appointments in the afternoons, so I will not be available for day care that day. Weekend availability will depend on my plans. I don't have any pets at home currently. I have a screened-in patio with a dog door leading to the fenced-in backyard. When the weather is nice (not too hot), I like to work in the patio. The yard backs onto a wash, so there is a lot of wildlife in the area. Javelinas and coyotes frequent the area but cannot get into the yard. I have seen two rattlesnakes in the yard in 7 years of living here. I would not leave small/medium dogs or cats outside unsupervised. If you give permission, I would feel comfortable leaving large dogs who are snake trained outside while I'm in the house (as I often did with my 80 lb golden doodle).

“We all loved Jewel and Scout! Louie was nervous, but usually is at a new place. I could tell he was going to be comfortable with them both after meeting and talking. He did great and I couldn't be happier with the care given by Jewel. Thank you so much!”

“I’m beyond happy!! Lulu had a great day and went straight to bed. Kenzie was very responsive and checked through out the day. Lulu seemed to love them. Will be booking Kenzie forever!! Thank you for taking great care of Lulu 🫶🏼”

Clayton A.
“Clay has a lot of experience with all kinds of animals but especially dogs. He has a gift with them. I have always enjoyed watching him play and interact with dogs. His family growing up was into dog showing and he learned a lot about the different breeds and temperaments from his dad. He continued to have an interest and studied them and learned how to train them. His dogs are always well behaved, but also clearly loved. Your dog will be in great hands with Clay.”

Michelle O.
“I would absolutely recommend Michelle x1000 for pet care. They are so great with my three kitties, who all adore them. One of my cats, Mildred, is VERY PICKY about the people she trusts, but Michelle is one of the select few and it's so cool to see her purring away on Michelle's lap. Beyond that, Michelle is one of the most solid and reliable and thoughtful people I know. I would trust their judgment on anything.”

Sabrina R.

“Sabrina was a fantastic sitter. She provided several updates throughout the day and was incredibly kind. I would recommend her to anyone.”

El Rio Acres dog parents share their Rover experiences
Such a lovely person. Our 9 year old dog was comfortable with her and her home. Cathy is kind and calm and knowledgeable about all animals. This was our very first time leaving Sadie with a non family member and by the time we left Cathy had made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for that.

My 2 dogs just had their second weekly daycare visit at Sara's. Sara is very communicative, and sends pictures. She has a lovely shady outdoor space for the dogs with green grass. She keeps it perfectly clean. She seems to understand my dogs well and is getting to know their needs. She tells me her observations. She takes them for walks and plays with them. They are very relaxed with her. I feel very fortunate to have found Sara.
