About: Let your pet stay at my quiet house on the mesa (quick drive to the rio grande gorge trails and tons of hiking trails in my neighborhood!) in El Prado! I have a spacious fenced in yard and am conveniently located between the ski valley and downtown Taos...your pet will have a blast with me! Walks or runs around mesa trails, lots of cuddles and time to explore outdoors, and a yard to roam! I have spent most of my life around dogs -- ranging from labradors to miniature pinschers. I would love to take care of your fur baby while you're out of town or if you need an extra hand during the work week or weekend. If you have any questions, please let me know! Thank you! I’m available for dog walking (or running!) as well. I work part time close to home so I have plenty of time to play with your fur baby, spoil them with extra long walks, and give them plenty of cuddles! I do long dog walks on the mesa in my neighborhood’s extensive trail system and can run/walk dogs depending on their energy levels and needs! My yard is fenced in and there’s plenty of room to roam! I have one dog (a 10 year old american eskimo) who is incredibly sweet and calm. He is very friendly and happy to have company as long as your dog is friendly! About: Hi! My name is Cal, and I’ve been working with dogs since I was a kid. I grew up volunteering at the humane society and took classes in college on how to train shelter dogs. I have two dogs; one Golden Retriever and one Red Heeler who love to play with other dogs. They are high energy, so we go on regular hikes every day. I’m a firefighter/EMT, so you can feel safe knowing that I can render care if needed. If your dog likes to go on hikes, they’ll have a good time with us. I currently work weekends and some Fridays. My schedule is pretty open during the week and I am flexible to be there when you need me. I have trackers for my dogs and can provide one for yours if your dog is good off leash. I follow directions well and can tailor my day based on your needs.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
