About: I am recently retired and have owned cats and dogs for years. I am currently doing in-home dog sitting for friends so that they can travel. I treat their pets like they are part of the family. I currently have two cats, both strays, that I took in and took care of their medical situation and now they live with me. I had two dogs, both pit bull mixes. Both of them died a couple years ago at the age of 15 1/2. I have not been able to get another dog as I’m just not ready yet emotionally, but I would love to spend time with other peoples’ dogs and cats. I am recently retired. I drive a neighbor to doctor and lab appointments during the week, but I have plenty of time in-between to spend quality time with your cats or dogs. I have a secure large fenced-in yard. I supervise the dogs when they’re outside, I don’t just leave them out there. I’ll also play with them if they are up to it. I am not currently looking to board dogs or cats in my home because of my two cats.

About: I’m a dogs best friend, I like walking and being outside as much as they do! I grew up in a dog household and then began caring for dogs in clients homes for over 15 years now. I’ve taken care of 5 dogs, 5 cats and 15 rabbits at one time in one household before! I’ve never trained my own pets but I’ve assisted with training by enforcing the clients training commands and wishes. Im in good shape and can hike or go for extra long walks if you have an active animal. I’ll love and treat your dog as if it were my own. I think dogs are the best listeners and I love to mirror their unconditional love. I have several references to put you in contact with per request. I have a flexible schedule right now and would love to fill my open hours with pet visits and dog walking. I’m often available for last minute bookings. I have a fully fenced in backyard available for your dog to run. I do not have my own crates so a crate would need to be provided if necessary.

“Johnny is great! Johnny understands how to build a relationship with dogs and their owner. In one week he has built a strong bond with my dog and she looks forward to her walks with him. He also takes the time to hang out with my dog rather than taking her out for 5 minutes and leaving. Johnny is very professional, responsive and communicates effectively. He is always punctual and will let you know ahead of time if anything has come up on his calendar. He sends pictures daily of my dog and gives me details of anything that went on during their walk. I cannot recommend Johnny enough. Very lucky to have found him!”

About: I've taken care of many dogs and cats over the years and will give your fur babies anything they need. I work from home with a flexible schedule and have a fully fenced in backyard. This allows your pet to go out whenever needed or longer walks. I do have a cat, but he fine with other cats and indifferent to dogs. I work from home during the week on a standard work schedule. I can watch your pet any day needed. Although I work full-time, I make my own schedule and can visit your pet at any time or take them outside if staying at my place. I inquire of the pet owner prior to any boarding or appointment on pet specific needs and will schedule as such. I also have an extra bedroom that can be used for their bedroom as needed.

About: I have been house sitting and pet sitting for a while now. And I really do enjoy my work. This is my first time using Rover. Dogs and cats have always been a big part of my life. I help my partner take care of his boarding and daycare clients. I'm a big fan of dogs and cats. They love me too. I'm a former social worker. About: I absolutely adore animals! I’ve been pet sitting ever since I could walk a dog honestly. Friends and family always come to me to assist in walking, babysitting, bathing, you name it, I’m there! I love dogs of all sizes, we don’t discriminate over here! We are Cat friendly as well! We love to spoil any pet that comes in here (with owner consent of course!) PLEASE NOTE: if you or anyone in your household has been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID I strongly recommend you do not book with me as I have 2 kids and we are doing our best to keep this home clean and safe for both us and your pets! I have bowls and toys for both cats and dogs, I just need you to bring their food, as well as cat litter/box for any cats that book with me! I live in an apartment, but I’m right next to a little dog park my complex provides so I’ll be able to take your furry friends for walks and more! My daughter loves the exercise as well! It’s also equipped with a water fountain so if your pets love water, they will love the park here! **Also A Heads Up for any drop-in requests, If you book a drop-in or walk with me, I sometimes bring my daughter with me on my rides and/or my fiancé if the neighborhood feels uncomfortable to me. They’re just along for the ride. My daughter is super sweet and responsible, and does not make any messes nor does she pester animals so don’t worry! I just started working but I’m more than happy to do my best to fit your fur baby’s schedule into mine in order to help you out!
