About: I've had pets of all ages for my entire life—cats and dogs as well as birds, fish, bunnies, rats... I am a huge animal lover—and it has a lot to do with my upbringing <3 My mom was the kind of person who would never kill a spider and instead gently scoop it up with a piece of paper and shuttle it outside to safety. I was lucky enough to grow up right on the ocean in Nova Scotia, surrounded on the other 3 sides by woods. So much wildlife! One time my mom found an injured Great Blue Heron in our yard, and somehow got it into our car and drove it to the vet, even though it pecked at her from the back seat the whole time lol! (The vet was able to mend its broken leg and release it back into the wild!) All this to say, looking after animals has always been a huge part of my life. I am often the person my friends contact when they need a pet-sitter while they go on vacation. I'm reliable, communicative, and intuitive. I'm always happy to administer medications (having done this for many of my own pets in their later years), follow specific diets and feeding schedules, go for walks, give extra cuddles (or less cuddles), whatever makes the animal and their human comfortable! I'm also happy to water your plants while you're gone, bring in your mail, refill the bird feeder, whatever you need within reason! About: My family and I are pet lovers and have 2 of our own. We live in the outskirts of town in a quiet old farm house with a backyard so plenty of space for activities. Walking, hiking, and fetch are our favorites. I have done house/ dog sitting for many friends and people in the past and now that my daughter is older I would love to get back to it. During your pet's stay, we will go for many walks as well as hikes on any of the surrounding trails. We live very close to the Rail Trail, our pup loves going for walks and jogs there. We have a nice backyard for outdoor play, we, unfortunately, do not have a fenced-in yard. Weekends are completely free for me, that's when I get free time to do fun outdoor activities with my daughter and our pup. Your fur baby will have 100% of my attention on weekends, During the week I have a full-time M-F job fairly close to home. I hope you consider our family for your fur babies' stay! About: I grew up with litters of German Shepherd puppies which sparked my lifelong love of animals. As adult, I raised and bred Labrador Retrievers. I now share my home with five cats, two Labs and six chickens. I'm also a proud grandparent to two wonderful grandchildren. Retired and living in Vermont. I'm recently retired and spending my time doing what I love most. Beling arond animals. I enjoy going on walks, playing and simply keeping pets company. About: I've been an animal lover and taken care of pets my whole life! Growing up, we had the sweetest yellow lab named Pete. Now, my partner and I adopt old pets and care for them during their retirement. I love animals and will care for your pets as if they were my own. ****** PLEASE NOTE ****** that we have two dogs (an elderly deaf pug named Alice, and a senior terrier mix named Edie) and one cat. Our pets are friendly towards other dogs, cats, and people who come to visit/ stay with us. Please let me know if you have any concerns about your pet staying with our pets, or if they don't have experience with cats. We can discuss and ensure it'll be a good mutual fit. I am an educator at the local elementary school, and offer pet care services to neighbors and visitors to the area. My availability is generally flexible on the weekends, and can extend into the week on a case-by-case basis. I generally offer 3-4 walks per day, including one longer adventure to mountain trails, or another nearby, dog friendly destination. I'm happy to bring your pup to any of their favorite spots (within reason). Of course, it goes without saying that pets are allowed on the furniture and more than welcome to snuggle in bed at night, also open to crating or any special care required.

About: I have always been around pets of all kinds; reptiles, house pets, farm animals, even a tarantula. I am caring and attentive and up for anything! I work from home and set my own work schedule. About: Hello! I’m Katie and I’m the woman petting the dog instead of socializing at the party. My fiancé Jonny and I just relocated back to Lamoille county and we’d love to watch your dog! Aside from having our own (a dachshund named Klaus, a chihuahua foster fail named Pig and two cats, Fats and Carl) for last nine years we have boarded dogs in our home. Before leaving Philly, Jonny worked for Happy Tails of Philly as a sitter & walker for 8 years. I was formerly the GM and Boarding Coordinator for a chain of dog daycares in Philadelphia, working for them for 4 years-so it’s safe to say we are well versed with canines! I was a foster parent with City of Elderly Love in Philly and hope to foster again now that I’ve relocated to Vermont. All of our dog experience can guarantee that not only is your dog going to be safe and comfortable with us, but will have as much fun possible! Whether that’s playing fetch in the yard, going for a walk or lounging on the couch, we are happy as long as the dogs around us are! Since becoming a foster parents to seniors dogs years ago, we have gained much knowledge and experience with special needs and administering different types of medications. I have a part time job but Jonny will be home full time for the pups with separation anxiety. If you board with us, our place will be your dog’s home away from home. 💕 I’m currently working part time but Jonny is working from home so you never have to worry about your pup being left unattended in a new place! Dogs staying with us will never be left outside unattended and will always be leashed. We do have crates for crate trained dogs. All dogs we watch must be dog and cat friendly. We are currently staying with my parents and they have chickens on the property but they are separated by a fence.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for about 15 years now. Briefly owning my own pet sitting and dog walking company many years ago before having children. My family and I have been fostering dogs for just over a year now and have had the joy of finding 6 dogs their forever homes. Now being a stay at home mom with some spare time on my hands, I’m looking to get into pet sitting and dog walking again to share the love of animals with my kiddos! Flexible availability as I am home most days all day. Mid mornings and early afternoons are best for walks. Overnight care in our home is available any day and night!
