I have worked at various dog boarding/daycare facilities in the area, alongside multiple dog/cat rescues, and had the amazing opportunity to work for the ASPCA at their headquarters’ clinic. Some medical issues I’ve dealt with were seizures, diabetes, blindness, deafness, blind/deaf, heat sensitivity, the elderly pups, couple hour old puppies, and the mamas to the pups. If asked I also offer training aka reviewing already learned commands, dog enrichment games (such as snuffle matts), and daily brushouts. Doggy Daycare: I like to start each day with a mile walk all together. Then one on one playtime with my pup(s), if wanted. If you want your pup to have doggy playtime, they will have “cool down” times throughout the day. If a repeat client I offer a free bath every 3rd completed daycare day and free nail clipping/dremmel once a month (as needed), if dog allows. Dog Walking: I provide treats and will reward the dog with a treat when not pulling, so we can walk more safely and efficiently. If I notice the dog’s leash is connected to a collar or harness that is too loose, I may ask if I may tighten it. I do not feel comfortable walking dogs with items that they can easily slip, and may decline an offer, if one is not willing to tighten it. I want all the dogs I walk to be completely safe and not be able to slip out and run. Rates do not go up if dog pulls, is reactive, or dog/ stranger aggressive.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
