About: Hi! My name is Joan. I am recently retired and live on a farm. I have had dogs most of my life and have felt the passion to start dog sitting after losing our 15 yr old beloved dog fairly recently. I sure miss having furry four legged ones around to share my love for dogs, and want to be able to love on yours as I would my own. Having used Rover many times in the past for our own dog over the years, I know how very important it is to find someone you know you can trust to love & care for your pup, that perfect place that you won’t have to worry about them while you hoomans are away, that would be Me! I live on a farm with lots of acreage for running and playing. I also have experience with administering medications if needed. I want to make a worry free home away from home experience for your best friend(s) while mom & dad are away. With being retired, and pretty much a homebody, I will make sure that I will be home at all times to care for your pup. Potty breaks and play time will be frequent, with living on a farm we will be sure and have plenty of walking and running space for your pup. I live on a tucked off the road farm with plenty of acreage to run and play. Our farm is not a working farm, meaning we have no farm animals on the property. I have never crated any of my dogs, therefore I would not be crating yours unless of course you ask me to and provide the crate.

About: I have always had experience with dogs. I have had dogs my whole life and I know how to care for them. I have also had experience training puppies as I have had two of them. I feed and let my dogs out daily. I also make sure they get enough exercise and take them for walks as much as I can. We put one of my dogs on a leash while they go to the bathroom and let my other dog roam wherever she pleases because she knows the boundaries of the yard.

I have 3 cats and if your dog does not like cats, they are perfectly fine hanging out in the basement during your dog's stay. This is my 7th year pet sitting. While I’m new to Rover, I’m excited to get started and build meaningful relationships with both pets and their owners. A little about me! I work as a therapist during the week. Outside of work, I love reading, staying active, trying new coffee shops, and spending time with friends and family. I truly enjoy caring for others—whether that’s people or pets! I take pride in making sure your pet feels loved and comfortable while you’re away, and I always try to leave your home just as I found it (or even a little tidier). I know how much our pets mean to us, and I’ll care for yours like they’re my own. I work during the week, primarily on Tuesday through Friday mornings and evenings. Since I work virtually some days, I have flexibility in my schedule as long as I have a quiet, confidential space for my clients. This allows me to be available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet care throughout the week when scheduling permits. I'm also fully available Saturday through Monday and enjoy spending my free time with animals. I'm happy to care for your pet in your home, take them on walks around the neighborhood, or visit local parks for exercise. I know that every pet has different routines, personalities, and comfort levels, and I can adapt to their/your needs.
About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life - from energetic doodles to gentle seniors. Growing up, my family had 3 Italian Greyhounds, 2 Labradoodles, 1 Goldendoodle, 1 Bernedoodle and a Catahoula Leopard so I am comfortable with all sizes and personalities! I also have experience caring for dogs with medical needs, including giving seizures, giving medication, separation anxiety and maintaining consistent routines. I know how important it is to provide calm, attentive care and make pets feel safe and loved while their people are away! My schedule is very open and flexible for pet care! I’m available most days and can easily adjust my routine around each pets need- whether that’s early morning walks, middays visits or evening cuddles. I am also available for weekend care and overnight stays so your pup always has company and consistency while you’re away. When I visit or stay in a clients home, I treat it - and their pets - with total care and respect, I follow your exact instructions for feeding, walks and routines so your pet feels secure in their own environment. I’m very tidy, trustworthy and mindful of your space.
About: I have years of experience. i have had animals all my life and have taken care of all different kinds - turtles, sugar gliders, rabbits, ferrets, lizards, cats and dogs. i have had to take care of senior dogs, and of dogs that needed medications everyday for either seizures or for pain due to being hit by a car. I look out more for the animal than i do for myself it seems. I work from home, i can play or arrange services M-W til 3p, Th and Fri all day long, and the Weekends before 7a and after 3p they can be all mine. My home is not fenced in, however my dog is trained and comes when called and doesn't need a leash. If Dogs are coming to my home; they will require a leash and harness. Customers will advise on how animals needs to be serviced in there home.

About: I have dogs whole my life. I did take care of my friends cat and dogs. Clean litter. Take dog outside to potty. Feed dogs and cat Walk dogs. Play with them like fetch pet I would like do in my mother hours like when my son goes school 9am to 1pm or afternoons from 2 pm to 7 pm. I will to take dogs out, feed them and play with them. I take care of my family Shih Tzu daily and have cared for our late Domestic Longhair cat; as well as my sister’s Australian Labradoodle, her long-haired kitty, and my Aunt’s 3 Italian Greyhounds on occasion. I’ve also had experience watching a Westie and other larger Labradoodles. Pet care comes naturally and second-nature as I’ve had pets in my home all my life. About: Hi! My name is Joan. I am recently retired and live on a farm. I have had dogs most of my life and have felt the passion to start dog sitting after losing our 15 yr old beloved dog fairly recently. I sure miss having furry four legged ones around to share my love for dogs, and want to be able to love on yours as I would my own. Having used Rover many times in the past for our own dog over the years, I know how very important it is to find someone you know you can trust to love & care for your pup, that perfect place that you won’t have to worry about them while you hoomans are away, that would be Me! I live on a farm with lots of acreage for running and playing. I also have experience with administering medications if needed. I want to make a worry free home away from home experience for your best friend(s) while mom & dad are away. With being retired, and pretty much a homebody, I will make sure that I will be home at all times to care for your pup. Potty breaks and play time will be frequent, with living on a farm we will be sure and have plenty of walking and running space for your pup. I live on a tucked off the road farm with plenty of acreage to run and play. Our farm is not a working farm, meaning we have no farm animals on the property. I have never crated any of my dogs, therefore I would not be crating yours unless of course you ask me to and provide the crate.
