I am ready to care for them I’m available for 5 AM to 7 PM Monday through Sunday preferably if possible 10 AM through 5 pm but I am open to different hours, I am flexible and will work with you I prefer to do drop-ins or daily sitting jobs, I will come when you need me and follow instructions and can’t wait to meet your pets and get familiar with them and then get married with me and take time for them to warm up. About: I grew up with dogs and cats. Been taking care of my own dogs for 5 years now, but have plenty of experience before that. feeding, bathing, potty training, obedience training. I love to go on long walks with dogs, and I love to play with cats! I am a part time server and nanny. I start school in the fall and will have extra time on my hands in between classes and homework. I have two dogs at my home, we go on plenty of walks and we have enrichment time indoors as well as outdoors. I would do the same for your doggo children.
“Emily was an amazing sitter for our dog. Her communication was very good throughout the entire process. Our dog was very happy during the time that Emily took care of him. I would highly recommend Emily as sitter for anyone needing someone trustworthy and dependable. I will definitely be using Emily anytime she is available.”

“Brandi couldn't have been more perfect for our dogs. I have a couple of EXUBERANT boxers. Not the easiest of dogs to handle. Brandi was a pro! About: Hi, I'm Nolan! I'm 32 years old and I just moved back to Newburgh after living in Colorado for 10 years. My home sits on a corner lot and features a large, fully fenced backyard, providing plenty of safe space for dogs to play, exercise, and explore. I've been an animal lover my entire life. Growing up in southern Indiana, I gained hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, fish, turtles, hamsters, hermit crabs, and even sea monkeys. Needless to say, animals have always been a big part of my life. Today, I share my home with two wonderful dogs: Leo, my 6-year-old Labradoodle, and an energetic 1-year-old Aussie Goldendoodle. Leo is incredibly friendly, well-mannered, and obedient. After completing Level II obedience training, he went on to become a certified service dog. Beyond owning pets, I have years of experience training and working with dogs of different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I understand the importance of consistency, patience, positive reinforcement, and providing a structured environment where dogs feel comfortable and secure. When caring for your pet, I treat them like family. Whether your dog enjoys being active or prefers to relax and cuddle, I'll make sure they receive the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. I also believe in maintaining open communication and will provide regular updates and photos so you can have complete peace of mind while you're away. Why Choose Me? ✔ Large, secure fenced yard for supervised playtime ✔ Lifetime of experience caring for animals ✔ Experience with dog training and obedience work ✔ Comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments ✔ Reliable communication and photo updates - Daily ✔ Friendly dogs who enjoy meeting new friends ✔ Safe, loving, family-style environment I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! I work from home full time. If I am away from home I can accommodate potty breaks as needed. I am open to taking care of any type of dog. I can easily feel out what a dog needs and can tailor to any accommodations that are preferred. I will make sure your animal is treated as you would want it to be treated! If i'm being honest, I like animals more than humans! Our fur baby gets walked daily and sometimes twice daily depending on personal schedule. My dogs favorite is when the weather is nice enough that I can take a ride with me on the E-bike I live on a corner lot that has a large fenced in backyard with shaded areas and sunny grassy areas! Inside the cozy home the animals are welcome to sleep in doggy beds that are in the bedroom, spare/office room and one in the living room. Like I said before, I love animals more than humans and they are welcome to the couch if they are allowed to do so at home! I have had multiple pets that I have crate trained and if your dog is currently being crate trained I have a large crate to accommodate. My fence also has holes cut out for the dogs to poke their heads outside the fence at all the action going on out front! If anyone would like to schedule a tour/meet and greet please let me know. You are more than welcome to come introduce yourself and your animal prior to booking or dropping off! * I do ask that all the fur babies be up to date on vaccines. I have my pup updated on all vaccines and want the best for yours and mine!*
About: I have pet sit for people since I have been about 13, I am now almost 20! I have always had a special place in my heart for animals. I have watched all kinds of animals, even a pig! I am a busy girl, but I love to spend any time I can with animals! I would love to take dogs on walks during the day or nights. I also stay with your dogs for vacations, work trips, etc. aslong as I’m not away for basketball. I would mainly watch dogs in my clients home. Stay the night with them, feed them, and take them on walks. I also love to have playtime with them if they’re up for it, but if not I love to cuddle and give them lots of lovins!

About: Since I got my first pet at age 5 (a cat), I have been about them the rest of my life!! I love all animals, especially cats and dogs, and I treat them like they are family with lots of playtime and snuggles! I work from home part-time for an Ai company so pet sitting supplements my income and I absolutely love it! I seem to befriend animals more more people but people are cool too! ;) I am up to date on many safety skills and hazards around animals, like what to do when they are hurt or what foods to keep away from them! I make sure I'm always keeping them safe and following the owners complete instructions. I also always clean up their messes while I am there and anything that needs cleaned up upon arrival will also be taken care of. For dogs, I can also do baths and brushing, walking, hiking, etc.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of August 2026, there are 106 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Eby. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Eby walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Eby maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Eby choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
