Linda was so patient and she soon won over Lucy's trust. We are so grateful for the care and attention she gave to Lucy in being there for her when we were away. Lucy is not used to us (my wife and I) being away and it was hard for us to leave her for an extended weekend. Linda did things we never expected such as washing up her bed after she had an accident on it, and made her feel safe and cozy with a little blanket since her bed hadn't dried yet. About: Hello, I am Sylvia been around furry friends all my life and enjoyed their company. My experience is been extensive with a variety of all animals, my foster Mom was an animal whisper if it would had been her she would had had a sanctuary of all kinds of animals. I grew up with parrots, cats, dogs, cows, horses and and even reptiles. I have worked with animals since I was in high school working with a biologist and a Veterinarian learning how to properly care as far as feeding, administering medication, shots and making sure they were properly care. I have help take care of my family and friends pets and I had dogs of my own, had a beautiful and my friend a husky for 17 years and passed away two years ago, took care of him until he went to heaven, currently have my daughters dog moglie and he is a lab/hound great personality he is 8 years old, while she is away I take good care of him. I have also rescue birds and other dogs and nurture them to life. I would like to make this as my career while I learn and take classes to further help the field with animals. For instance would like to get my license on grooming and animal behavior. I was working on retail for 7 years and now that I have an opportunity to work for Rover it will be an honor to take care of your pet family. I will be available to take care of your furry friend, weather is walking, playing fun games, taking care of them, I look forward to working with you and meeting all kinds of friends. I am a great dog walker, fun to be around, love to talk to them, play and take them a good hike, I can also babysit at your home if you are away for days. About: I have been blessed to have a life surrounded by family and friend dogs and cats. I love all furry friends! I have attached pictures of some of the ones surrounding my life today. About: My husband Zach and I love dogs, grew up with them, and have volunteered at a local rescue helping to foster dogs to get them ready for adoption. Our first dog was a Senior rescue American Staffordshire Terrier, so I am comfortable withSenior Care, pill management and supply lots of love. My current dog Rubes is a bundle of energy and loves to play with other dogs. She has been well socialized and trained and is good with dogs and cats. My husband Zach and I will care for you pet and either one of us will provide the services offered. I am currently working full time so my husband will provide most of the services. We are flexible and have lots of time to love your pet. I have a yard but it is unfenced. I will happily take your dog on lots of walks or to local dog parks. If you're dog is allowed on your furniture, they're allowed on mine . I have a medium sized dog crate available if needed for your pet and a dog gate.

About: Hi, my name is Kim and I am prior military. I have worked in veterinary clinics in the past for 6 years before I changed careers and would really love the chance to take care of your baby while you’re away! If you have any questions in particular please feel free to contact me! I am available most days of the week and weekends. I have worked with dogs for over 10 years and can read them very well. I have patience with puppies and I also have experience with senior and special needs dogs to include administering medications by mouth or subcutaneously. I have pets of my own, I let them out every morning and we play while outside with my kids. If I can, or if requested, I will walk them after work. I currently do not have dogs of my own and I have a fenced yard. Dogs will not be left in the yard unattended and the neighborhood is great for walking around. I temperament check all dogs I pet sit before booking.

About: My mother has always been the friend that would take care of everyone's dog or cat ever since I was little. So, I have been surrounded by animals my whole life and learned how to take care of many different breeds, ages and personalities. Once I got my license, my friend's and family friend's entrusted me with taking care of their dogs at their home and had many experiences of house sitting with them. Before joining Rover, I was an employee through the Fetch! dog walking and pet care agency over the summer of 2025. I had my own clientele for which I would walk their dogs' multiple times a week. I also provided extended stays for house sitting in which I frequently took care of multiple dogs at once. I have owned cats my whole life, but dogs have always been a constant in my life as well through these dog sitting experiences and briefly fostering a chihuahua who eventually went to a family friend. I would be so delighted to take care of your dog or cat! Whether that be for walks, check-ins or house sitting, I have a flexible schedule and would love to spend my time with your pets. About: I grew up in a household full of cats, dogs, birds, reptiles and fish. My first pet as a wee one was a Tarantula name Suzie. Since moving to Whidbey Island 11 years ago I have worked professionally to care for animals on a number of levels from Dog Runner to Veterinarian Technician. Though I don't have any fur-babies currently, my husband and I heartbreakingly lost our two beloved fur-kids to cancer since moving here - a Husky mix and a Pitbull mix, I still find joy in caring for others' pets. From cuddles & cookies (if diet allows) to exercise & basic training (if warranted and wanted) I am here for you and your beloved pet. I can also administer medications if needed. I am primarily offering dog walking and drops-ins at this time. I am open to discuss any house sitting needs, if my schedule is open to accommodate them. I know pets are more comfortable being in their own home with familiar surroundings, sights and smells. I am respectful and mindful of your property and will treat your home as I would my own when providing drop-in visits, walks with your dog(s), as well as over night stays with your pet(s) in your home. When on walks I will provide as much energy as your dog needs, slow leisurely walk around the neighborhood or a run around the block. If you are near a hiking trail I would be happy to provide a hike with your dog(s) if that is ok with you. More details to be discussed at meet and greet or before service is provided.

About: I have taken care of dogs and a wolf hybrid breed for the last ten years. My background is mostly helping with furr children with difficult behaviors. I work full time during the week but love walking/hiking on the weekends. I need a buddy to go with! Parks are my favorite location! I am an attentive care giver and treat them as my own. About: I have taken care of just about every type of animal since I was young (dogs, cats, horses, birds, fish, hedgehogs, gerbils, snakes, etc.) I've trained and raised several puppies and kittens. The majority of the animals in my life were adult animals and if they were family pets, they stayed with us until it was time to cross the rainbow bridge so I also have a fair amount of experience with senior care as well. I grew up with no less than 4 animals in the house at all times, so I'm very good with multiple-pet households, but I currently live in a household with only one dog, so I am also comfortable doting on just one at a time :) I am currently available 24/7 and this is my primary career! I am happy to care for your fuzzy friends and family any time of day or night, their set schedule becomes my own! :3 I really believe every pet is different and taking into account their personality, energy, as well as their history or needs is very important. I like to give pets loads of attention if they are the type that likes attention, or I'm happy to just sit and read a book with them if they are more the sleepy type. I don't believe in leaving dogs in yards unattended, and I am a very communicative person-- I am not afraid to ask questions or clarify things I may not be sure of.

About: I’ve been around all animals almost all my life and have always had the biggest love for them. I have also worked at veterinary offices and love almost every part of it :) I am currently doing online courses for school at skagit valley college and have an open schedule to help out with any type of animal care :) I have a fully fenced back yard that dogs would love and hardwood floors inside my house for when they are inside. I am fully capable of taking care of the animals however wanted :)
