2. Margaret R.

“Margaret walked my two dogs while I was on vacation for a week. She took the time to come meet them prior to the actual booking. I got a report card and pictures after every walk, so I knew exactly how the walk went and was able to see my doggies smiling faces. I’m thankful Margaret took the time to update me every day! Her thoughtfulness goes a long way.”

“Lauren is great with animals. She has watched our boxer Zoe numerous times while we were on vacation. She treated her just like her own animals. Zoe had numerous health issues throughout the years and Lauren always made sure she was well taken care of and made accommodations for her. I would highly recommend Lauren as a sitter for your pet. She is loving and kind and her family truly treats every animal like one of their own.”

About: I spent 4 yrs raising guide dogs for the blind, I have taken what I have learned and used it on my dogs and friends dogs. When I had my cat I got him a humidifier so he could breathe better. I just love being with animals they have beautiful personalities, and they show you all there love. I take care of animals cause it’s therapy for me. While taking care of your pet if you want overnights I prefer to do it in the clients home, that way your pet still has there crate or bed and there toys all with them and plus it doesn’t mess up there daily routine. Dogs do better with sitters then when you board them do to there out of there element and there scared . Please if you have any questions just ask and I will happily answer them. Thank you for reading I am able to dedicate weekends and any time during the day to watch your fur babies on weekdays. I enjoy being with animals no matter shape or size I have a fenced in yard, 3 chi/mix small dogs all vaccinated and no fleas or ticks. Able to feed, walk, cuddle, and medicate if needed to

7. Leah S.
“Leah has several pets of her own and has always been so caring and nurturing for them. I have had Leah pet-sit for me; she was wonderful and so trustworthy!!!”

8. Caitlin S.

“Caitlin was an excellent walker and companion for our golden retriever, Griffey, while we visited from out of town. She was so easy to communicate with, and we enjoyed her pictures and updates from the walk. We could tell how conscientious she is because everything went so smoothly—with the house all locked up after, and Griffey’s leash and collar in the same place we left it. We highly recommend Caitlin!”

About: Loving family for your furry friend. Walks and tummy rubs. We are located in the perfect walkabout town with beaches, dog park, and open spaces. Know that your furry family member will be well cared for in our home. Last minute or scheduled in advance. We accept them big and small. We just lost our beloved Zoey, our little shichon. If your pet prefers to chill alone there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Stop by today for a meet and greet. We are a small family. We at the periwinkle bungalow in Oxford are at your service to make your life on the shore swell! I work from home. We like quiet mornings doing the crossword puzzle, usually cooking something yummy. We spend most of our time in the open kitchen living room space. Small home and pets are allowed everywhere except on my bed. Big yard and proximity to everything in a very quaint little town by the water. Our cats live upstairs on their own floor when we have guests, so no worries.

“Isabella is the absolute best! She watched my cat and dog for me on late notice and did a terrific job! She has a dog of her own that has definitely made her a dog person, and she has an unlimited amount of love for them! (and all other pets too). Isabella is a great communicator so if you need to reach her while you’re out of town, she gets back to you very quickly! She also takes the cutest pet pictures, so get ready for a ton of pictures to add to your camera roll!”

11. Matthew & Kristen M.
About: We have had our dog for over 10 years now and have welcomed many fosters (both dogs and cats) throughout the years into our home. We work 5 minutes from home. Our schedules sometimes vary from each other which helps with caring for pets. We have a fully fenced in back yard. We take daily walks around the neighborhood. Having an addional dog wouldnt change our routine much. We would adjust our day depending on the needs of your dog. We are very flexible! We supervise any dog play and separate when we're gone. We will listen to any request that you have and will send plenty of photos.

12. Hayden K.
“Hayden is more than qualified to care for all of your beloved pets! He has had experience with his family's dogs all throughout his life. More recently, he has over a year of experience working at a boarding kennel walking, feeding, and giving medication to dogs of all sizes and needs. He is a caring, compassionate, and hard-working dog lover.”

13. Clarke B.

“Clarke has been our farm sitter for 7 years. They regularly watch our cats (who need daily medications and injections), goats, horses, and chickens. They are very reliable and fantastic with animals. I have not hesitation recommending them as a petsitter for anyone!”

14. Leah S.
About: I've had dogs my whole life, even helping out friends to walk and take care of their pets. I will take care of your pets like they are my own. I will also send you plenty of pictures and updates while watching them. I have recently trained my own dog. Overall, I love dogs and are always willing to take care of them! I am currently enrolled at Chesapeake College and playing on the softball team. I have practice at 4pm on weekdays, but anytime before then my schedule is wide open. I have a huge backyard where my dog loves to run around and play. He loves to go for walks and play with his toys and bones. He is crate trained.

15. Kat S.
“Kat is a wonderful sitter! Very caring and calm with the animals. She told me how she used to be a special needs teacher, which I know also requires a very special person. She is also incredibly good with cats, picking them up and cradling them like a little baby...my cat doesn't even let me do that! Wonderful hire, would absolutely hire again!”

16. Melissa D.
“Melissa loves the dogs, especially the little quiet ones. When she is volunteering, she’s very loving and attentive. She always has a smile on her face!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is trustworthiness, reliability, punctuality, and care. I care for others' animals just as I would my own! With love, attention, and energy. I'm currently working full time, so I only have availability on nights and weekends. That being said, I am very devoted during the time I get to spend with your furry friend! I can adhere to any guidelines you set for me while in your home. I am a trustworthy and respectful sitter who will take loving care of your furry family members like they're my own!
