About: I have had pets all my life, I have house, pet and plant sat for almost 15 years now. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs and cats. Medications are no problem. I enjoy walks just as much as the dogs! I typically travel through a house and pet sitting site. I love it so much I thought I would make it my job! My schedule is flexible and I am willing to travel anywhere in the US or Canada. I care for pets in their own homes. Rover insists you start out boarding in the sitters home but I do not offer this service. I pet sit in the clients home only. Thanks :)

I am currently in college so my schedule is very open throughout the week. I go to the gym often. I can always make arrangements. Make sure doors are open, always on a leash when being walked. If the client has a fenced in yard, let them run free but always keep an eye out.

About: I have been a pet caregiver my entire life. I love being around animals more than humans. They bring so much joy to my life and my goal is to do the same for them. I recently took on a new job, and I work from 10 to 4 Monday through Friday. I am still open to caring for pets but I simply want everyone to know that things have changed a little bit for me recently. I walk my dog in the morning and a quick one on my lunch and a couple in the evening. These are the same times that I would take your fur baby out for potty breaks and fun. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I live in a neighborhood that is small, somewhat closed in, my house is on a dead end road and most of the people in my neighborhood only live here during the weekends or summer months. It is a safe neighborhood. I would walk the dogs with my dog or separately if requested by the owner.

“Jared is without a doubt the best dogsitter we have ever had. Taking care of two large bullmastiffs can be a challenge, but from the first time we met Jared we could tell that he had it all under control. At times each of our dogs required medical care (eye drops, pills, topical medicine, etc) and we always felt comfortable that Jared could and would handle those like a professional. He was always respectful of our property and sent us updates and photos of the dogs each day. During one vacation we unexpectedly had our flight cancelled due to bad weather, and Jared kindly extended his stay with our dogs into his personal time and didn't leave them until we returned. I cannot overestimate how much it meant to know they were safe with him during that incredibly stressful trip. Most importantly, our dogs absolutely love him. We could always tell from the photos he sent that they loved to be cuddled up near him and followed him wherever he went in the house. In fact, our senior bullmastiff would literally jump for joy whenever Jared came by, which is something he doesn't even do for our own family members! We were so sad to hear he was moving away and have no doubt that other families will be incredibly lucky to have him care for their pets.”

About: Over the years I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes! My friends and family have relied on me to walk and care for their fur babies. I am currently working part time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your fur baby or babies! My schedule is very flexible. At my home I ensure that my dog’s water bowl is always full and everything is out of reach. On walks we spend extra time sniffing around, my dachshund loves cars for some reason. I want any animal that comes into my home to feel safe.
