I have had a lot of experience owning many different animals including dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and turtles. My husband, Chris, and I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home where pets are treated like family. Whether you’re traveling or working long hours, we’ll make sure your pup receives plenty of attention, companionship, playtime, and care while you’re away. We have a fully fenced backyard that’s perfect for safe outdoor fun, and dogs are always welcome on the furniture because we believe they’re part of the family. Our home also includes a friendly outdoor tortoise, Luna, who enjoys soaking up the sunshine in the backyard. We provide the best experience for each guest, we offer optional 30-minute walks for $10 in addition to regular potty breaks and backyard playtime. This gives me the ability to provide reliable, consistent care and be available for walks, drop-ins, and other pet care needs throughout the week. During walks and drop-ins, I prioritize safety by using secure leashing practices, monitoring the environment, and making sure pets have fresh water and plenty of attention. I also provide regular updates with photos so owners know their pets are being well cared for. My goal is to make each visit stress-free and enjoyable while treating every pet like my own.

Katie sent photos throughout the service and my pup was having tons of fun all the way until pick-up. They have a large yard for the pups to sunbathe in and run around. We spoke at the end of the service and they gave me a run down of how everything went and I greatly appreciated that especially since it helps me get to know how my pup is while I’m away. Overall, my pup had a great time and I had a peace of mind while I was away from him. They are the sweetest humans and pups!”

About: I've been working with animals for almost 10 years. I was a veterinary technician in private practice and currently work at an animal shelter. I'm fear free certified and have a range of experience from healthy, medical needs, and seniors. I'm comfortable administering medications and providing medical care. I work well with scared and nervous pets and make sure their time is stress free as possible. I also have personal and professional experience with pocket pets and aquarium pets. I work full-time but I make sure to plan accordingly for your pets needs. I have an extra bedroom that they can stay in, if not comfortable having them around other pets. I also have a kennel if they need down time or like to have a safe space to decompress in. I have 3 days off during the week and those days will be filled with multiple walks, play sessions, and anything else that will make their stay comfortable. I have a fenced yard and my 3 dogs love playing and taking walks throughout the neighborhood. I have a separate room and/or a kennel for any pet that's not comfortable or needs additional time to decompress.
