About: I’ve always had a calm, patient way with dogs; even in high-stress situations from my time as a first responder. I’ve cared for senior dogs, given meds, and helped pups with special needs. I treat every dog like they’re part of my own family. As a veteran and homeschooling mom, my days are flexible and full of love. Caring for your pets fits right in. I’m available most days at any time and can easily adjust to your dog’s schedule, whether they need a walk, a potty break, or some extra affection. Your pet will feel like part of the family with me! I provide a pet-friendly environment in a great neighborhood just minutes from Mill Creek Park (3 min) and the dog park (10 min). Whether I’m in my home or yours, I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and cared for like family. I follow any instructions closely, keep routines consistent, and always give each pup the patience and love they deserve.

About: I've taken care of animals since I was a young kid. I have 2 cats of my own who are my whole life. As a nanny, I have also been responsible for many families' dogs. I have been responsible for feeding, walking, some training, and even overnight care. I absolutely adore animals and feel such a sense of joy around them! I hope I can provide you with a sense of calm while you're away, knowing your fur-baby is in good hands. I currently work part time, 3 days a week as a nanny. However I my sifts are typically no longer than 5 hours in the morning. I will have time every day of the week for drop-ins as much as needed! I understand that each animal has their own wants and needs and will do my best to provide individualized care! I will follow instructions and will try to do whatever you need to feel comfortable trusting me with your fur baby!

“Ashlee was prompt, dependable and really good with our Hunny! Thanks so much for your help!”

About: Even as a baby I have always been around animals, and when I started to crawl and sit up my first playmates was a grey rescue cat and a old rottweiler. As I grew up I became more of a animal lover, showing no fear believing that every animal deserve love and to be treated right I currently do not have a job besides helping watching my niece once in awhile, while my parents are at work and I will soon being enrolling in college part time I live on a 160 acre farm, with open fields, a lake and plenty of space to play. A very long drive way, so it there will always be distance between us and a main road. I also have three pug-chihuahua of my own, who will either love to play with your pet or simply just leave them be, the dogs are fine with cats, seeing as I have two of my own, the cats will hide at first until they know your pet better. And lastly I have a rabbit who is shy and curious. None have any of my animals have ever been aggressive and all my cats and dogs are fixed. But if needed I can separate and crate your pet if needed.

“Bethany is wonderful and did a great job with our two elderly, crotchety, tiny dogs. She has the patience of a saint, and I do believe that by the end of the week she actually became friends with our Chihuahua, which is definitely saying something. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi y'all my name is Halie and I have loved animals my entire life. I grew up with a Black Lab named Jasmine (like the princess from Aladdin, obviously lol) and when she crossed over the rainbow bridge my mom got Maggie. Maggie was a rescue and a GSD mix. She was very spunky, a little wild and full of snuggles. When I left Ohio in 2013 and moved across the country I had to say goodbye to my childhood dog which left a hole in my heart. A few short months after settling in Houston, TX I adopted my sweet Coco who is a Black Mouth Cur mix. She is very snuggly, and full of life but has terrible separation anxiety. Shortly after adopting her I started working at a pet resort where she would come to work with me and get to hang out in doggy daycare with all of her friends while I managed the front desk for 2 years. Fast forward a few years & two moves we are currently in Beaver Falls, PA. I am well versed with dogs of all sizes and ages. I have taken care of dogs who have undergone TPLO surgery, I have given diabetic dogs their shots and have administered other types of medications as well. I would love the opportunity to get to know your dogs and love on them when you are not home. I am currently a SAHM with a daughter who just started Kindergarten so my schedule is fairly open for any of your needs. I am currently a stay at home mom of 1 daughter who recently started Kindergarten. I'm available from around 9am until 3:00 when she gets off the bus. I am free Monday-Friday and occasional weekends if needed. I do not offer in home care but in a clients home I will follow any of the instructions they give me. Wether it is taking your babies on a walk to go potty or playing fetch with them in the yard. I am well versed in medication management and have dealt with 2 dogs who have had TPLO surgeries.

About: I am 23 & have owned and worked with many dogs and cats over the course of 4-5 years. Each animal has its own unique personality, traits, and quirks that make them special. Which is what I love about them so much! I work full time at a doggy daycare and have been for the past 2 years! It’s amazing getting to be around so many different dogs each day, I learn something new every day I understand different dogs have different needs, and different owners have different needs for their pets as well. Will do everything to keep the pet as happy and comfortable as possible while it’s people are away

About: i have taken care of animals all my life from dogs, cats, lizards, and birds i will make your animal feel loved just like if it was my own pet im currently working part time at a dog grooming place so im not busy so i have time to walk and take care of your animals when needed. i have a huge yard for my six dogs where we go out when it’s nice out to play ball and run to get some energy out of them and we have a separate room for their crates so when we leave we put them in crates so they don’t get into anything

“Rhianna was great my dog was sick and they brought a sweet potatoe for him! Gave me great peace of mind”

About: They love my care because I do not just do it for extra cash. I genuinely love dogs of all sizes and breeds and will show them as much affection as needed and I enjoy caring for them. I can tend to any type of dog, whether they be needy or laid back. All dogs are welcome to any furniture I have and will never have to worry about being caged up unless of course the owners have some sort of preference. I have dog sat 4 dogs at once which were 2 Boston terriers, a puggle, and a French bulldog and I had a wonderful time. I have also dog sat dogs much bigger such a a Great Pyreenees. Thank you for considering me.

About: I have always been the go-to that assured you pet would be safe while you were on vacation or even just at work!! I realized that was what I want to do with my life. It thrills me to care for my own fur babies as much as someone else's!! I am honest, dependable, and most of all trustworthy! I have been talking care of animals since I was 9 years old. I usually would do stay in visits, however, when I was older and had transportation I was able to do stop in visits. I am able to assist with training puppies and I have experience with seniors as well. I currently work a part time job and my hours are very flexible. I will be available for your pets needs throughout the entire day! I have a fenced in area with a large covered porch which is safe from all elements. Outside the fence our yard is 2 acres with plenty of room to play! Also, close by we have a dog park if the parent wishes for the pup to have a more interactive day!

“Jaelina was a very sweet, professional, and kind dog walker! My mom is very picky, so Jaelina asked a lot of questions about what my mom wants in a dog walk, and she was so kind to take on this task! I would for sure recommend Jaelina for any of your pets needs!!”

About: My names Jessica, I have 3 dogs a beagle and a pit mix, a cat, and a rabbit of my own. As many know you can only have so many animals of your own. I’m open to dogs, cats, and rabbits only because that is what I’m familiar with.

About: Hello! My name is Tabatha Garman, I am the sole owner and operator of Special Paws Pet Care and a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT). As a veterinary technician, I play the nurse role of the veterinary team. I graduated from Kent State University with my Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology in May of 2021 and am currently pursuing my Bachelor's of Integrated Studies focused in animal behavior. While in school for my technician license, I gained various hands-on skills with a variety of animals, from dogs and cats to birds, horses, snakes, and much more. Outside of school, I have trained at numerous veterinary hospitals and gained vital experience in CPR and emergency response. My personal experience caring for animals expands far beyond my education and career, as I have cared for my own, family's, and friend's pets my entire life. As previously mentioned, I have a vast range of experience with different species from small pocket pets and reptiles to large and farm animals. I love working with nearly any species, especially pigs and cows! My medication administration skills are just as vast, including giving various types of injections and fluids, oral pill and liquid administration, topical applications, etc. Any pets with special needs are assured to be taken care of! Specializing in animal behavior, those with unique personalities or who are a bit grumpy or naturally prefer alone time are some of my favorite to work with. I love working to understand them and win them over and am happy to try to work with any type of disposition or behavioral challenges. No job is too big or small. Whether you have a pet that needs daily medication, help getting around, and extra special care, or just want to feel comforted knowing that your furry family member is in great hands, I am happy to care for any and all of them. I am currently dedicating my time to in-home pet care while going to school full-time online, so I am free to fit your pet into my schedule however you may need. While I do personalize my schedule to fit your pet specifically, my typical day is scheduled like this and changed as needed, just to give you a better idea of your pet's time with me: When I arrive, I always spend time making sure your pet is happy, comfortable, and has everything they need. When staying with them overnight, I will keep them company until morning, make sure they have everything they need and get some pets or playtime in, then I will leave as needed to tend to any other appointments, making sure to return to check-in and spend time with them at minimum every 3-4 hours, unless more frequently is needed. Whether you just need a daily check in and play time for your cat while you're away, or if you need someone to take your pup out every couple of hours along with walks and lots of play time, or even if you have an older pup who can't really spend time alone at all, we can definitely make a plan to suit your family purrr-fectly. Your pet's safety is always my top priority. Whether at home, in the car, at the vet, out for a walk, or at the park, I am always extremely diligent to make sure your pet stays safe and sound. I always use doggy seatbelts or enclosures when driving, reflective strips and flashlights at night, ramps and manual assistance for mobility-challenged pups, predator-deterrent to protect them from harm, and vet-approved chews or boredom busters to make sure your pup is happier and healthier when you arrive back home. Out of an abundance of caution, I typically do not have pets I'm watching interact with other pets I'm unfamiliar with (ie: no communal dog parks). In the case that anything does happen while I am with them, I am trained on the safest and most effective way to stop a dog fight, as well as being trained in CPR, emergency triage and response, and homeostatic stabilization. I also always have a list of the nearest emergency hospitals on hand should they ever be needed. I strive to follow all pet-parent's wants and needs for their pets, including whatever training or rules you may have for your pet while they are in my care (crating, treats, toys, etc). If there are any additional safety measures you would like to discuss, just let me know!
